Beautiful with a great walkable location
Beautiful hotel, centrally located with lovely rooms and staff. Breakfast was included and delicious with numerous choices. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, with a lovely glass of champagne as a welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming hotel with pleasant staff who are friendly and welcoming. Comfortable, simply appointed rooms. Good location. N8cer than usual breakfast buffet or menu selections.

Amazing rooftop balcony overlooking the Amstel River
If you are looking for a luxury hotel In the heart of Amsterdam, this is it. We were treated like Dutch Royalty from the moment we arrived. Check in is an experience in itself (complete with a complimentary drink! Our Superior room with a canal view was small but very nice. The rooftop balcony overlooking the Amstel River was amazing. But the best part was the private canal cruise hosted by Willem (he grew up on canal boats—the child of canal Boat captains. Book it. It’s not cheap but seeing the envy in the eyes of the people on the large glass top boats was worth it. 😂

From the staff to the amenities to the location, this hotel is a great choice for your money. After a very bitter experience in London this hotel was the total opposite of it. would definitely go back and recommend jt to friends and family.

Wonderful staff
from the arrival to departure the staff was waiting to assist. Breakfast was very lovely, Staff would interact and ask if you had plans for the day. If you needed assistance in anyway.
