the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue is the street noise on one d=side of the hotel in the middle of the night with drunken people waking us up.

From check in to leaving our system was brilliant. Customer service was excellent, rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable beds and everything we needed. It was my birthday while there and they organised a cake which was a lovely touch.

This hotel was wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious. The location is great, close to the Rembrandt museum (which we highly recommend) and about 20 minutes from Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh museum. Definitely loved our stay here!

We had a lovely stay at Tivoli doelen. From the moment we went throught the door until we left the city we felt very well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of interesting history, which is seen in a lot of lovely little touches; for example the names of the dishes served in the restaurant. The food and drinks were all excellent, and i'd recommend not skipping breakfast when you stay here. The best part of our stay was definitely the service. All the employees seemed to genuinely want us to have a good time and were very thoughtful. I've been to many hotels in Amsterdam, but this one is definitely my favourite.
