Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam

My stay at the waldorf was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and nice view. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting waldorf Astoria Amsterdam

There is next to no criticism I can provide for this establishment. This is the best accommodation in Europe and is a beautiful property with the UNESCO private garden. Service, elegance, and class - the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam has it all. Some might say Pedregal has the top spot in the Waldorf collection, and they would be wrong. I can only imagine the new opening in Costa Rica as potential competition, but I will be returning regardless next April for another week including 2 days of King's day events, Keukenhof, and the perfect hotel. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. It is definitely the best in Amsterdam. I have traveled all over and this hotel has the best trained staff I have ever experienced. The hotel property is spectacular. It is lovely and well decorated. The beds were the most comfortable I have had in a long time. The vault bar is so fun with their creative cocktails. It is truly an art in what they are doing. Breakfast was wonderful . Peacock Alley is a good spot for a glass of wine and a snack later in the evening or a bite to eat for lunch. The best part of this hotel is the concierge staff. I had been communicating with them for months about what we were looking for and what we needed. I had booked a canal cruise, and the concierge team arranged for the boat to pick us up in front of the hotel. I had ordered food from the hotel for our cruise. The staff set the goodies I had pre-ordered up on silver trays on the boat for us. It was truly first rate. The concierge team was top notch and incredibly helpful. We decided to change some dinner reservations at the last minute and Nathan was on the job. He provided the utmost in service and with a smile. I also have to give a shout out to Frank and Isabelle who also helped us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for real 5 star service and comfort. I will definitely return to this hotel because of the staff.

The Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam has everything that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. And a great location to boot. Excellent Hilton Honors diamond recognition and upgrade made our stay all the more memorable. A top of the line Hilton property.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They were happy to help with every request we had. The Vault bar has a wonderful mixologist team that curates individualized cocktails for you. The food at the hotel was excellent.
