The Westin Anaheim Resort

Our second time coming to this beautiful property. We stay here when we go to Disneyland. It’s a close walk & by far the nicest hotel in the area. We love that Flemings is connected & the rooftop lounge with a view of the fireworks is icing on the cake! Feels luxurious when you pull up & the staff really cares. Nilanka and Brian sorted out a small issue for us and made sure we had a memorable experience for our children.

Quick recognition of gratitude to the team that always makes me and my family feel at home in Orange County. Four years ago, my oldest son entered college in Orange, CA, and we became somewhat “regular visitors” to SoCal. Once we stayed at the Westin and met the Team (particularly Concierge William Bryant, with whom we interact the most), our hotel of choice is always the Westin Anaheim Resort. With every enjoyable stay at the Westin Anaheim, the process is seamless, professional, courteous, and beyond welcoming!

As soon as we arrived at the Westin, we were treated with the utmost courtesy, patience and professionalism. Jessica was instrumental in making our check- in experience very relaxing and comforting. She immediately rectified an error that was inadvertently noted on our reservation and she proceeded to make the correction. She was also able to meet our requests to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She answered any questions we had and she addressed all of our concerns. I have stayed at the Westin for numerous business and leisure trips and I will not hesitate to recommend the Westin without any reservations. Again, thank you Jessica for making our family trip a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable experience!

Lovely hotel. Conveniently located right next to the Anaheim Convention center. Although this place is pricey, it is definitely worth the splurge. Sarah and Sheila provided great service during my stay. I had a wonderful time here outside of work and enjoyed all the amenities this hotel offered. The mexican place, Puesta was amazing, definitely $$$. Drinks at the Rise Lounge were great and even better, got lucky with the fireworks.
