Consists of 3 towers and 5 restaurants in downtown area that can easily be walked. Older venue for sure but immaculately maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a decent size and bed was very comfortable….

We spent our last night in Alaska which ended a two week Alaskan cruise and Denali land tour. This was the hotel we were assigned to by Holland America Cruise Line. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and updated/modern look of our room. The bathroom had been completely remodeled with sensors for the low lights to come on as you walked in. The bathroom mirrors have a nice feature of built-in magnifying mirrors in them, nice feature but being only 5 feet tall, I was not able to use them because they're positioned too high in the mirrors and I couldn't see my face...good thing I brought my travel compact mirror. The rest of our room was very comfortable. The bed was fresh and clean and mattress was very comfortable, got a much needed good night's sleep. We tried to get a last minute table at the Crow's Nest but they had no openings. Not a problem as just a block and a half away, another restaurant got us in. I read other reviews that some rooms were old and outdated. I was not aware they had rooms like that but, are so glad we got one of the updated ones! Our room was in Tower 2, room 340 (I believe), on the ninth floor. We would recommend this hotel but suggest you request and updated room.

Hotel is extremely large. There are several restaurants. A few shops. Tour groups pick up from here. It was an easy walk to downtown Anchorage restaurants & attractions. They have a lot of cruise ship people staying here. The exterior area and lobbies are nice. My room however was overdue for updating. The lighting was awful. The bathroom was moldy & ill lit.
