We had the most amazing time with the family celebrating my daughters graduation from College. What an amazing resort to stay at.. It was like an all in one and was very next level. We stayed at the Merrywing Ocean Suite which was amazing and with great Ocean views. One truly amazing treat was our personal concierge - Justintime .. Sometimes you stay at these resorts and you are on your own and don't have a guide or anyone assisting you with the reservations, making you feel at home and just about anything you need. His outgoing character and personal assistance was amazing and how he treated us from day one. He took us around the property to give us a tour and also made sure we new where everything was and what to enjoy at the resort. What loved the golf course we played - truly PGA kept gem here. The restaurants by the ocean and the service was next level. The water park and lazy river was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this resort if you are doing a family get away. We hope to be back soon.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience on my vacation, and a big part of that was thanks to my concierge, Justin Time. From the moment I arrived, Justin was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—from making great recommendations to helping coordinate every detail with care and professionalism. His friendly demeanor and thoughtful service made me feel truly taken care of and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time. I can’t thank him enough for helping make this trip so memorable. Highly recommend!

My husband, friends and I recently returned from the lovely Aurora Resort where we have visited and stayed for countless trips to Anguilla since 2003. We almost always book two suites on the Rendezvous Beach side. We have also stayed in most of the island’s other resorts. Here, at the Aurora, we are, unfortunately, not always recognized by the management as the frequent guests that we have become. The days of the weekly Manager’s Cocktail Party are gone, as well as the days where the resort’s managers walked through daily to meet and greet guests. We haven’t met a manager since the resort changed from CuisinArt to Aurora. We miss this friendly interaction very much. However, when, due to this, we consider returning to another resort, we usually come back to Aurora due to the outstanding, friendly, helpful, resourceful and loving staff we have come to know over the years. This resort is extremely lucky to have each and every one of its fabulous staff members. The guests that stay here are even more lucky. They are bound to be pampered in every way. We are not the only guests to feel this way. I also hear from other guests all the time about how wonderful the personal assistants or butlers are. We are usually on our own and don’t require this service but it’s there if you do! I am hesitant to write this review as I cannot name everyone by name and we have truly never encountered one person that does not deserve to be recognized. The landscaping crew always greets guests and will answer any questions about the resort’s beautiful plantings. The housekeeping staff cannot do enough to keep you in a luxurious setting. They even add small thoughtful gifts in your room during your stay. The rooms a quite large and with beautiful views. You’re in the best hands with Samaro and Nievan at Chef’s table and C-level, we just love them so much, and have for years, they truly have become friends. Joycelyn together with Sherine, Samantha, Shadai, Dwaynesia, Maldon, Charlon and all those whose names I’ve forgotten make our meals amazing. At the beach we never miss enjoying days with Marlon at the watersports, for years. Go for a sail with him! Hukeimi, along with Teresa, Junis, Tezekial, Gelano, Merlan and the rest, enable all guests to have the most relaxing and refreshing time at the beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, drinks, food, floats and beach toys etc. are never a problem and always available. Ijeoma at the front desk is forever helping with anything and everything. The new waterpark, amazing Golf course, tennis, bicycles, Bocce Ball and Pickleball are available and top notch. Jermaine and the others at the bell service desk are incredibly helpful day and night. At last, there is Mr. “Justin Time”. He is always right where you need him, whenever….for a ride, advice, help with anything, or just a smile; he is at your service. Do not hesitate to reserve a stay at this fabulous resort.

Gorgeous property with spacious well appointed rooms. The bed was so deliciously comfortable. Our suite had an ocean view with a lovely sitting area. They thought of everything you might need in the room from sundries to extra towels to a beach bag. The restaurants on property are good but I’d always prefer to dine off property with the locals. The few meals I ate at the hotel were very yummy. The golf was great. Played 3 days in a row on the Greg Norman designed course and enjoyed every round. The views, the wind variations along with the changing pin placements made each round fun and challenging. The director of golf could not be more accommodating and lovely. Breakfast at the golf area before we headed out to play was greatly appreciated and DELICIOUS. I would highly recommend this hotel for golfers, families with children ( there’s a water park) couples ( we witnessed a wedding on the beach) girls trip, guys trip…ANY REASON! I’m going home sun kissed, golfed up and so relaxed after 4 nights at this gorgeous piece of paradise. It’s never just the island or the property…it’s always the people. The people that work and run Aurora are special and kind and I thank them this long overdue holiday.💖

We actually only went over to the hotel for lunch, but also to take a tour of the facilities because we’re planning a future stay with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We were giving a quite thorough, informative, amazing tour by Justin Time. And yes, that’s really his name. The place has two parts the Merriweather wing, which is more family oriented and has the waterpark and the teen club, miniature golf and many other things to do. The other part is the rendezvous side, which is on rendezvous Bay. There is a shuttle system that runs back-and-forth. They have an amazing spa, tennis courts, Pickleball courts bocce courts plus an amazing beach, many different restaurants to fit your needs. And 18 hole and a nine hole golf course with beautiful scenery. I can definitely see this as being a place to visit in the future, plus I can’t say enough about Jenny B who set up the tour for us and Justin Time who had us constantly laughing with his great sense of humor. It was interesting to learn about all the sustainability features of the hotel, from growing their own food to providing their own electricity and desalination of the water. I was there two years ago and they have made so many improvements since that time they also have an entertainment venue where they bring in live entertainment, but also show movies on a big screen.
