Excellent Service
The valet guys Cam and Zach (PMC), where excellent. They delivered and picked up 30+ bags for us and were very efficient and delivering each bags to the room. The next morning, also picked up the bags and delivered to our Tour bus in a timely and efficient fashion ! Thanks guys

Comfortable conference hotel
The Graduate is clean and pleasant, with a nautical theme throughout. It's within walking distance of most sights in Annapolis and near many restaurants. The conference facilities are excellent and the food is better than expected as conference food goes. The staff are generally polite and efficient, though we had a hiccup with housekeeping one day. Sadly, the bartending staff in the Trophy Room has a major attitude problem and they are ill-equipped to welcome patrons from outside the US.

Excellent Valet Parking Service
Parking one’s car in center city can be a nightmare! “Cam” from Graduate Hotels, Annapolis did everything with a smile and lots of grace! He arranged the transfer of all of our luggage in the hotel room to be taken out to the car. He even asked if it should all be placed in the trunk or if something should go into the back seat. Very thoughtful!

Great service at front desk and valet
We had a great stay. Very happy with Angelina at the front desk and Cam with the valet parking. Great service. **************************************************************************************************************

It was lovely.
We had a great stay! Great location. Valet was fantastic, especially Cam and Chris who took great care of us. Bright room, fun atmosphere. My only issue was that we had a really loud neighbor and the adjoining door between our rooms was not enough to shield our sleep at 2AM when they started their afternoon party. The hotel staff did ask them to quiet down, which we appreciated. I’d just say if you’re going to be there on a holiday weekend or if it looks like there’s a wedding happening maybe see if you can get a room that’s not adjoining with one of those doors.
