About the Hotel

Built in 1931, Hotel Juana retains the era’s inimitable charm with a contemporary take on Art Deco design. Bold, geometric patterns emerge from carpets and artwork, and wrought iron balconies – present in all rooms except Classic – hover over lush gardens. The best place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or evening meal is on the shady marble terrace of Bistrot Terrasse, which recently joined the ranks of the French Association of Master Restaurateurs. Craving the Mediterranean sand between your toes? Head to the private beach at Juana’s sister hotel across the street.

Reviews for Hotel Juana

pretty soon you will pay for the air

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Sadly not at 5 star level, everything seems to have a cost.6 Euro for an espresso at the bar? beach at Euro 55 pp and up, parking Euro 30..pretty soon you need to pay for the air. Bathroom needs to be redone..room is ok, Tv is old, wifi is spotty. Service depends on who you encounter..breakfast supervisor was arrogant, room service person smelled, to say they are dog friendly is a stretch. Breakfast buffer is average. all and all not worth Euro 750 plus plus plus plus a night

Not great as it was my bday and they didn’t care

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Hotel is overpriced for what it is. Yes ok traditional decor , old small lift so need to walk up the stairs as it’s quicker. I stayed for 3 days and on day 2 it was my birthday and the Hôtel reception was told about this. But they did nothing to say happy birthday such as a small piece of cake or drink or anything. I’ve never experienced this in any hotel ever and I travel at least 5 - 6 times a year all over the world. Even Fairmont hotel in Monaco got me a bottle of champagne for me when my bday was only 2 days after I was leaving their hotel !! I wouldn’t waste my money on this hotel too expensive and not attentive enough for my liking.

Perfect Hotel, Perfect Location. Wonderful People

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

As a global traveler I am known by family and friends to be hard to please especially when it comes to rooms in hotels. This was not case at the Hotel Juana, it was wonderful and I did not need to change rooms as ours was perfect. From the moment we stepped through the doors we found the service great and staff very helpful and polite. It is chic, comfortable with a touch of nostalgia in the whimsical decoration. The location is amazing and everything was within easy walking distance. I am an always concerned about safety of belongings in the rooms but the manager assured me that their staff are very trustworthy. I would recommend this hotel and if the opportunity arises return to this hotel without hesitation.

Traveller Warning - See my review

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

⚠️ Traveller Warning I booked the higher “free cancellation” room rate for this hotel. Any reasonable consumer would expect their card to secure the booking — not to be charged months in advance. The hotel immediately took 50% of the full fee. This has never happened to me with any other hotel. Charging more for “flexibility” while taking upfront payment raises serious questions about transparency.

Nice food, sunny terrace

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 months ago

We went for brunch with a large group. The hotel is beautiful and setting very pretty. While the food was very good and everyone enjoyed it, however they clearly make their money on adding on drinks and bottled water and coffee - all of which we paid extra for. So do beware. It adds up. Also, having pushed us in to taking a 240 euro magnum of champagne (!) that the girl said "we put on ice especially for your big table" - we were 14 and they poured in a way that only 13 glasses were filled! Crazy not to give everyone a tiny bit less to make up 14. Quite unprofessional I thought.
