Great room, great service, great location

Very Disappointing Experience — Not as Described I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is described as a “very good hotel”. Based on my experience, it was far from what was advertised. I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12) Before booking, I specifically spoke with the reservation team on the phone. They assured me that if a family room was not available, they would provide ‘connecting rooms’ to accommodate us properly. However, what we were given was completely unacceptable. Instead of connecting rooms or a proper family setup, we were placed in totally separate rooms in different areas of the hotel. I was placed far from my wife and children, essentially sleeping alone in one room, while my wife had to stay in another room with one of the children and a rollaway bed. This is something I have never experienced in all my years of traveling around the world. The rooms themselves were also very disappointing. One room had a bed suitable for only one person, and the other had a king size bed plus a rollaway bed. The space was extremely limited about 250 sq and once the rollaway bed was added, there was barely any room to move. The rooms are outdated, the TVs look like old computer monitors, and the overall condition does not reflect what was described or expected. The elevator is old, and you often end up using the stairs. The hotel also offers very limited amenities and services . The pool is separated from the main building , and the location is not convenient if you want to access the beach or visit the Old Town. In most cases, you need to rely on Uber or taxis to get around to Antibes or Juan les pins. What was most frustrating was the lack of proper accommodation and support from the hotel staff, despite the clear expectations set during my reservation call. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what was promised. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I stayed for 5 nights at the start of July with my daughter and we had a fantastic holiday. Rooms are very good, staff excellent and pool area lovely. Great location too. Would highly recommend

Lovely place with great food and best service

If you love the perfect combination of style, luxury and excellent service, plus delicious food (breakfast and dinner at Paseo) and a lovely beach nearby (at the sister hotel Belles Rives) – Juana Hotel in Juan les Pins is your place. Lovely rooms, some with sea view, a very friendly and efficient team – including the concierges (who double as valet team), the receptionists and the staff at the bar / in the restaurant – is, what you get for a not negligable amount, but it’s worth every cent you spend. I enjoyed each of the five days I stayed here in June, and I will be back as soon as I can. I booked via slh.com, because thus I enjoy my Tier 2 member perks. You can also book directly or via Hilton Honors. How ever you book – you’ll love it. The hotel has a charming little swimming pool, too, and is located downtown Juan les Pins, right next to La Pinède, the open air concert stage, and only three walking minutes from the beach. Awesome. Just marvellous.
