The one-star rating is based on the extremely poor service and overall disappointing experience. We booked three days in advance and were among the top names on the reservation list. At the time of booking, we were told they would try to get us front-row seats. When we arrived, I politely mentioned this, only to be told that all front-row spots were taken by guests who booked earlier — which was clearly not true, as I had seen our name at the top of the list myself. While I understand they prioritize their hotel guests, and we accepted not getting a front-row spot, what happened next was completely unacceptable. The staff member — who was rude from the beginning — told us that if any front-row guests didn’t show up, we could be moved there. Eventually, five front-row seats remained empty. Instead of offering them to us (we were three people and had arrived an hour earlier), he gave them to another group who came much later. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for paying guests. I cannot recommend this place, as the service fails to meet even basic expectations — let alone those you’d expect from a place tied to a hotel of that standard.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Handy location along the beachfront and close to the city centre. Special thanks to Mariem at the reception, who was helpful and especially kind.

We had a very nice stay. Good location. Nice rooms. Very good cleaning. Breakfast could have been better in our opinion.

Cramped room. Hotel beach club open to public, so no beach chairs available for that week. Hotel charges €5 for each beach towel. Good location.

Traveling in Europe with a family of 5 is always a bit traveling, but the Royal Suite at the Royal Antibes was a great find. priced at a slight premium to two regular rooms, it had a full kitchen, huge balcony on the water, roof top hot tub with lounge chairs, washing machine, and room for everyone to spread out. Definitely a different vibe than Cannes, much more relaxed. Gym is small but does the trick for basic cardio. We reserved beach chairs on the pier in advance, but I should have picked beach chairs in the beach (my mistake not their's). We didnt really need anything as room was properly configured (other than not being able to find the silverware), but service was super friendly. Super location directly across from a great beach, and lots of shops / restaurants close by, and only a 10 minute walk to Old Antibes which is a must see.
