A gem
Great hotel for a high end getaway, amazing food, lovely spa and location is perfect for a bit (or a lot) of shopping. The botanic garden is beautiful. All staff attentive, professional and friendly.

Good central location. Excellent atmosphere and facilities. Very good staff in all services. One substandard pop up restaurant to avoid at any cost.

wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Botanic Sanctuary. It had a cozy, unique atmosphere, a central location, was spotlessly clean, and served a truly delicious breakfast. We also really enjoyed the spa; after an active day in the city, we were able to relax there until 10 p.m.
