A real sanctuary
In a time of high temperatures the hotel lived up to its name, providing a welcome sanctuary in the city. We stayed for 4 nights as a family. The facilities were excellent and the staff were most friendly and welcoming. We would definitely like to return.

Amazing stay
We’ve had a wonderful stay at Botanic Sanctuary. It was an unforgettable time. We would absolutely recommend it. It’s expensive but definitely worth the money.

Stunning oasis of calm in Antwerp
This is an oasis of calm and wonderful service. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and bathrooms are outstanding, service wonderful, and breakfast is very special. The variety of buildings of different ages and provenance provides an originality which is welcome. The attention to detail is notable. Staff are well trained and unerringly helpful. We can’t wait until our next visit - surely the best hotel in Antwerp by far.

Refined Relaxation
A wonderful experience at the beautiful Botanic Health Spa. The day began with a fantastic massage from Dorothée, intuitive, calming, and incredibly relaxing. The spa spaces were carefully maintained during the day, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team. A brief chat with Louise and Matthew (Housekeeping Management) revealed their genuine pride and professionalism in managing their team and department. Under the leadership of Xavier and Tamara, the entire spa team embraced their vision of creating refined and unique, personalized guest experiences, which was clearly reflected in my interactions with Vivienne and Olivia, their making every moment feel personal and special.
