Excellent!
Wonderful! Fantastic!! This hotel is a true sanctuary in the middle of Antwerp. Breakfast is something else! You can easily spend some days here and really relax.

Rob your customers emotions, the experience
Dear, we received a gift card from a friend last year with a value of € 500. This was a more the emotional present, as we received it by the friend as recognition for the help we gave in assisting during the loss of her partner. We're a year later, but the gift card isn't valid anymore and was not accepted during our stay last week. This is what you can call an active hold-up, you receive the money right upfront, don't deliver any service and declare an instrument of value prompt invalid (without mentioning expiry date on the invite). Whenever an organisation is carrying "hospitality" as a key element of the service, but you deliver lousy service, you have a customer experience, but not especially a good one. I feel sorry that I have to use this forum as a lever, but whenever an organisation is not open for communication... Spread the word. I'm not interested anymore in restoring the value of this gift card.

Excellent breakfast
Very nice hotel with one of the best breakfast we’ve ever experienced. Bar was good and frequented by Insta girls. Decent spa but our St Juris room was far from it and we didn’t enjoy going through reception with our robes.

Great experience
We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel and service is everything! Beautiful interior and everyone is so friendly. The combination of everything makes Botanic Sanctuary the perfect place for a calming and recharging getaway. I would absolutely recommend to book your stay.
