original concept, a lot of potential but not perfect especially with respect to details, noise and personal service, however the most interesting was meeting other guests and a guided tour (Hidden Gems) (thank you Antwerp) :-)

Travel agent review. Botanic Sanctuary Hotel & Spa in Antwerp is a truly lovely, surprisingly elegant property set right in the heart of the city. Antwerp itself is a gorgeous town brimming with rich history, charming cobbled streets, and of course its world famous diamonds. A highlight of the stay was High Tea in the enchanting “gingerbread house,” featuring beautifully crafted cakes that were almost too pretty to eat. The spa is equally impressive, offering infrared saunas and a stunning panoramic pool house complete with a cozy wood fire, the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Just two hours from Paris and conveniently close to Amsterdam, Botanica Hotel & Spa is an ideal luxury escape. I highly recommend it for clients seeking charm, comfort, and a memorable Belgian experience. 🇧🇪

Everything you want for brunch and more. You can choose two dishes from the menu and there is a huge selection of sweet and savoury treats.

We first visited shortly after the hotel opened and noted a number of issues — nothing catastrophic, but a persistent lack of attention to detail that is simply incompatible with a five-star luxury positioning. We returned this weekend hoping to see progress. Unfortunately, little has changed. The same gaps remain: service that is far too slow, restrooms that fall short of immaculate, and an overall sense that the final ten percent of the guest experience is still being left on the table. Call it the "last mile" — it's where luxury is either earned or lost. To be direct: I am still not comfortable recommending this property to my guests and associates. At this level, that last mile isn't optional — it's everything. I don't get it...

Such a hidden gem, beautiful grounds and property! Loved our room and great service!! The bar was great as well. We also got spa services and really liked them although it was a Belgium holiday and the spa was packed with kids I don’t think kids should be allowed there personally.
