The property is both historic and beautiful created and maintained. We did not have time to appreciate their two Michelin Star restaurants but the breakfast will fit anyone's taste's and a wonderful start to the day. Above all, the staff it incredible and insures each guest has their best experience. We will definitely return.

Super hotel at super location! Best in Antwerp! The hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing in different disciplines and spaces! Spa en swimming pool also. The room is like a tiny house everything you need is there. When you walk outside the hotel your direct in the good shopping area / city centre! We are coming back!!

Excellent hotel, calm, plentiful, aesthetically pleasing, a true 5* experience. It really is a destination hotel if you want to get away, relax and re-charge.

A nice hotel and well located but lacks warmth and food and drink expensive. Room was nice but we realised it overlooked the back of the kitchen and they emptied bottles and cans at around 4.30 in the morning. First day we thought was one off but happened next day as well. Complained and only solution they offered was for us to change rooms. Had to ask them to change their schedules which they did for our third morning. Nothing offered for the major disruption to our sleep. To get to the bar you need to get past the staff member at the door who was firm in not letting g you in until she had scanned the bar first. Got annoyed when we walked past her to our friends who were already seated. Nice place but there are other nice hotels around.
