Good experience
Concierge manager Wilfredo was very helpful, he helped us weight all of our luggage’s by moving a huge scale from the other side of hall. That’s very kind of him, very appreciated.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Attentive staff from arrival to check out. We could not have asked for more! Service at poolside dining for a large group at lunchtime was excellent, and we were superbly & professionally looked after by Daniel.

Wouldn't go back - even if it was free!
Only stayed one night and was glad that is all it was. The check in process was honestly a joke, we had a group of us staying so all our passport details were sent beforehand - yet the hotel insisted on doing them again. When we were showed to our room, I am not sure when the hotel was last updated but wow they need to one look into this and the cleanliness. I didn't want to walk around the room without shoes on. The location and noise level were fine. We ordered room service as we had been travelling and wanted an early night, as we were flying home the following day we opted for Pizza and chips as assumed that was unlikely to be bad. It was disgusting. I really thought this would be amazing but unfortunately very disappointing.

Good buffet breakfast
We had breakfast evey morning during our stay at costa del sol and it was great. They have a variety selection on their buffet style breakfast. The staff is always friendly and attentive, Oscar always made sure that our cup of coffee was always full.
