Fancy, well kept, best location, kind staff, Oscar was really attentive, nice garden area.

We had such a wonderful experience! The service was amazing, everything was clean and welcoming, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Joel was especially fantastic! He gave us great recommendations and truly made us feel right at home. The main plaza is very walkable too. One of the highlights was getting to see Juanita, the 142 y/o tortoise, along with the alpacas and llamas on property!! Such a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. First, the hotel just has an overall charm, character, is cozy yet refined. The hotel is very clean and we were impressed by the superb breakfast buffet as well as the excellent restaurant for dinner. The gym is open 24 hours which is also a plus. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Joel at the front desk always made sure we had everything we needed and became our go-to guy throughout our stay. We even had our flight cancelled and ended up returning to the hotel which we weren’t even upset about because we love the hotel haha. An outstanding stay here and great value for the cost.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wyndham Costa del Sol in Arequipa. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the moment I arrived, every person I interacted with was friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which made communication very easy, and there was always a positive attitude and a smile. You can tell that providing great service isn’t just something they do here—it’s part of the culture. I especially want to recognize Erika at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic! Erika went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. She was always friendly, helpful, and professional, and she is exactly the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression on a guest. Arequipa is an incredibly beautiful city, and staying at the Wyndham Costa del Sol made my experience there even better. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Arequipa. Thank you to Erika and the entire staff for making my stay such a memorable one. Five stars without question!

Daniel is a very nice waiter in the restaurant. He was very kind during the whole meal. The food was very good. The mood in the restaurant is perfect. We had a great time !
