Thank you to Harriet. She helped me retrieve my camera that was taken by somebody on the airplane. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, in particular the chicken soup. Some people said it was better than a grandmother’s. Don’t mess the tour of the coffee plantation and Garden. The spa was wonderful

I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Gran Meliá, and the experience was simply unforgettable. The ambiance was elegant, the food was delicious, and everything felt perfectly curated. I’d especially love to thank Enos, our waiter for the evening, who went above and beyond to make the night feel special. He was professional, attentive, and kind—making sure every detail was just right. His service truly stood out and made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you Gran Meliá and Enos for an amazing evening! We’ll definitely be back again.

I enjoyed the hospitality that we got from there. The food was so nice, clean and neat environment. The location of the hotel was perfect , close to major attractions, but still peaceful and quiet in the evenings.

The property is spacious and beautiful. They grow their own coffee onsite along with bananas and papayas. There are numerous beehives and birds and the pool is gigantic. The staff is very friendly and there are workshops where glassware and other goods are created for use at the hotel restaurants or for purchase. We had such a difficult time selecting the handblown glasses as they’re all so intriguing. We cannot imagine a more beautiful hotel in Tanzania and look forward to the couples massage and dinner at the grill tomorrow. The Rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the property, surrounding community with Meru as a backdrop - this is a must stay place when visiting Arusha!
