An amazing hotel and resort. The concierge and I were in contact well before our arrival. They response immediately to any question and helped arrange a tour, car rental and other transportation The staff never said no to any request. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The food amazing. Breakfast is included and not to be believed. A premiere property. Expensive but worth every cent I asked about a local digestive, and the next day a small bottle was placed in our room. Their own private beach is beautiful. Accommodations perfect Not to be missed

Where to begin...for 1700Euro/night there was no value: No mention of a big birthday which is why we are here; the carpet in the hallways is beyond dirty; the hiking map they provide for the hike closest to the hotel is no help and contrary to what they say-the trail is not clearly marked; the breakfast buffet is mediocre at best; the beach crew save the chairs for guests who are not there and when you do get a mediocre chair, you are constantly harassed by the people selling fake goods; there are ants in our bed; the shower temperature fluctuates constantly and the shower door doesn't work, and the towel heater does not turn on; the concierge was booking us a car for the day to be here at 10 AM and upon going to collect our car, there was no record of our request....How do they justify charging over 1700 Euros a night for a sea view room, that we can only see a sliver...On a good note, our waiter today at breakfast was an improvement and their espresso is very good.

My husband and I traveled to Sardinia this past week in September and after a very long series of flights we were brought to a very small room and we’re just very disappointed. We have stayed in Belmont hotels all over Italy and have always been delighted at the quality of the room the service And the Roma Zeno does not live up to the Belmont name. Carpets in the hallways were dirty decor in the bar area and the lounges were very tired. We had also the worst bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel. It was so small that even though there were two sinks, you could really only have one person in it at a time when you open the door at banged into the bidet The shower was very difficult to get into. The cost of the rooms at the Romazino is absolutely sky high and really the value is not there for this resort. On a positive note. The food was quite good if incredibly expensive I’m not sure how many options there are in Sardinia for a beachfront type hotel. The beach situation was very nice very pretty lots of chairs and generally the best part of the property.

We spent our wedding anniversary at Romazzino. This is by far the best Hotel in the world I have seen - and I have seen many. The property is magic: breakfast with sea view on the terrace, lunches by the beach, the incredible spa, and the open air gym - they are so spectacular. The beach club is in a protected bay where the sea is so crystal clear that is a favorite destination for the megayachts. The staff is welcoming, warm and kind, and always anticipates your needs. The porperty is immaculate: from the garden, to the beach facilities, to the restaurants. Romazzino is so well managed. We were lucky enough to meet the GM - Alessandro D’Allocchio - who welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. The GM was always present and you could see that type ofnattention to details is at the basis of the perfection of our experience. A truly magical experience. Romazzino is unparalleled: luxurious and yet understated. A wonder, but not in your face. It has become our go-to happy place

We have been staying in this hotel for 20 years and the last two years the management is awful. This year one of the rooms that was given to us was below the public toilet. Which was never addressed and they told us there is nothing we can do. General manager was not helpful either. Concierge team cannot fulfil the аneeds in timely manner as well (taxi, bringing water, etc)
