Attended a half day seminar at this hotel. The upscale ambiance matches the neighboring Biltmore Estate and surrounding retail. The meal service for breakfast and lunch was excellent and matched the ambiance of the hotels upscale vibe. Overall a great experience.

Alex and Jacques were the best ever valets. Allen and Melvin in the restaurant were superb. We loved our entire stay and will be back soon. The trip was for Mother’s Day and we felt so well taken care of and truly enjoyed it all. Thanks so much for a great time.

The Grand Bohemian Ashville is a great boutique hotel with a friendly, courteous and attentive staff in a lodge-like atmosphere. The hotel is located right outside the gates of the Biltmore Estate, a must-see in the area. The hotel staff gifted us with champagne and a free dessert for our wedding anniversary. The maid service is superb, providing ample towels, water bottles and daily clean-up of the room (something you don't get in a regular hotel post-COVID). This a smaller hotel, allowing the staff to personalize services and guests feel that they are important.

feel HOWEVER, the next morning things changed so much for the better. The "A" Team arrived. Dorian was the first to help us feel better about our stay, he was gracious and professional. The Valet team of Dorian, Banks, and Josh were splendid each day and evening. Professional and kind. And Al Larson at the front desk in the mornings really helped us feel welcome. He appeared to love his job and really care we were there. Based on these few folks we will be looking forward to a return visit to the Grand Bohemian
