Hotel Jerome, an Auberge Resort

I had the most extraordinary stay at Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection this past weekend—it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern elegance. Every detail feels intentional, from the beautifully designed rooms to the inviting common spaces that somehow manage to feel both grand and deeply comfortable. My room was impeccable—serene, luxurious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything I could possibly need. What truly sets Hotel Jerome apart, though, is the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overdone. There’s an ease and authenticity to the hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. The amenities were equally impressive—I especially loved spending time by the pool, which felt peaceful and refined, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, elevated, and quietly indulgent. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Aspen, yet it still feels like a retreat. Whether you’re exploring town or simply enjoying the hotel itself, everything is effortlessly accessible. This stay felt like such a gift—restorative, beautiful, and truly memorable. I can’t wait to return.

Great location in Central Aspen, Colorado. Staff was very friendly, very accommodative and pleasant. Rooms were laid out well, if not just a little too dark with dim lighting. Plenty of space in the suite for storing belongings and hanging clothes. Otherwise, the hotel staff, the set up with Concierge services and the atmosphere at the bars were fantastic. Best burger in town at the J Bar, and the nightlife scene at the hotel lobby bar was jubilant and spirited—Just like their drinks— well balanced, creative and delicious. A big thank you to Stephane the GM at Jerome who corrected some minor inconveniences in a big way. Ultimately, Jerome is an excellent hotel and deserving of the highest accolades in a market of high-end luxury resorts.

Everything was nice. Great service and the rooms have the perfect Aspen vibe. There's not enough light in the rooms. Bring a flashlight and Headlamp (not kidding). Otherwise very nice with great service. Note that the bar is very popular and fills up every evening. They have a hostess to tame the crowd but don't expect to hope in a grab a drink. Go to the restaurant of other bar to get around that

Top of the line experience staying at Hotel Jerome - they took care of things we didnt even know needed attention ! Phenomenal personal service from check-in to check-out and everywhere along the way. If you want a high end experience with full ammenities - Hotel Jerome is the spot in Aspen !

Everything about this hotel is perfect! This was my second visit and it was even better than the first! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everything, the staff, the service, the decor, the amenities. This has quickly become one of my favorite ski town properties. We also enjoyed the complimentary transportation to the mountains/ around town! We are already looking forward to our next trip :)
