Hotel Jerome, an Auberge Resort

This hotel is a gem. We travel a lot and stay at many high end properties. For those looking for history, style, culture and unique flair, this is a must. Service will not disappoint either.

We absolutely LOVED the Hotel Jerome! The historic building was so cool and the careful attention to details in the design elements throughout the hotel did not go unnoticed- this hotel just oozes charm. The food and drinks were fantastic in the Prospect restaurant, the J Bar, and the beautiful Living Room lounge. But the thing that stood out the most was the level of service. We have stayed at many high-end hotels that are known for service, including the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons, but we agreed that HJ’s service level went above and beyond any we have experienced. Hotel staff everywhere were so friendly in a very genuine way… not “fake” friendly and polite that you may sometimes sense elsewhere. All hotel staff smiled and greeted us whenever we encountered them and some of them knew us by name. The star of this exceptional service was Jack, the manager. He seemed to be at the hotel 24/7 and anytime we saw him, he made a point to stop to chat with us and to ask about our day. We had an issue with the water temperature in our shower, and he immediately remedied the issue by moving us to a new room. For the inconvenience, he gave us an upgraded room and a hotel credit. He even personally helped us to move our bags into the new room. We love the Hotel Jerome and everything about it, and Jack just made it “over the top” for us. Thanks so much for making our trip so memorable and enjoyable.

I had the most extraordinary stay at Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection this past weekend—it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern elegance. Every detail feels intentional, from the beautifully designed rooms to the inviting common spaces that somehow manage to feel both grand and deeply comfortable. My room was impeccable—serene, luxurious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything I could possibly need. What truly sets Hotel Jerome apart, though, is the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overdone. There’s an ease and authenticity to the hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. The amenities were equally impressive—I especially loved spending time by the pool, which felt peaceful and refined, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, elevated, and quietly indulgent. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Aspen, yet it still feels like a retreat. Whether you’re exploring town or simply enjoying the hotel itself, everything is effortlessly accessible. This stay felt like such a gift—restorative, beautiful, and truly memorable. I can’t wait to return.

Great location in Central Aspen, Colorado. Staff was very friendly, very accommodative and pleasant. Rooms were laid out well, if not just a little too dark with dim lighting. Plenty of space in the suite for storing belongings and hanging clothes. Otherwise, the hotel staff, the set up with Concierge services and the atmosphere at the bars were fantastic. Best burger in town at the J Bar, and the nightlife scene at the hotel lobby bar was jubilant and spirited—Just like their drinks— well balanced, creative and delicious. A big thank you to Stephane the GM at Jerome who corrected some minor inconveniences in a big way. Ultimately, Jerome is an excellent hotel and deserving of the highest accolades in a market of high-end luxury resorts.
