My stay at W Aspen was nothing short of exceptional. The location alone is unbeatable—just one short block from the Aspen Mountain ski lift and perfectly situated in the heart of all the action. Whether you’re skiing, dining, or enjoying the nightlife, everything is truly at your doorstep. The rooms were clean, modern, and stylish—exactly what you expect from a W property. Sleek design, comfortable finishes, and an overall vibe that feels both upscale and effortlessly cool. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the service. The hospitality was absolutely outstanding. Ms. Tawnya, the house driver with W Wheels, and Langston, the manager, genuinely made the experience unforgettable. They were incredibly engaged, proactive, and went well above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. What impressed me most was their follow-up—thoughtful, personal, and completely unprompted. As a Titanium Elite who has stayed many nights across Marriott properties, I can confidently say the level of service at W Aspen was exceptional and absolutely worth every penny spent. This is hospitality done right—warm, attentive, and truly memorable. I can’t wait to return.

Having just stayed in 12 luxury hotels (Bel Air, Peninsula Beverly Hills, Four Seasons Palm beach, Faena Miami beach, Waldorf Astoria Park city, W Aspen, St. Regis San Francisco, Waldorf Astoria Vegas, etc) around the USA, I have a fresh feel to review these hotels with great comparisons. This hotel was our second choice as the St Regis was unavailable. The hotel is super modern and very new, so no wear and tear anywhere. The design is very W, nothing like Aspen. The staff was friendly, but not elegant, but this was not St Regis so makes sense. The location could not be better, 30 seconds by feet from the luxury shops. The ved was good, and the rooms were quite big. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. The young lady at the hotel bar was very friendly and offered first class service. I could visit again, but if the price difference is not big, I would definitely test the St Regis first.

Outstanding customer service and staff

Normally when I think of the W, I think obnoxious loud influencers trying to be seen . This W is very well kept , super nice staff ( front desk , valet , wait staff etc ). The room was a beautiful suite ( granted on the first floor) with amble space and a lovely bathroom. The bed was comfy and the room was plenty dark and quiet . Sure I saw the “ wanna be seen “ crowd , but overall it was a nice clientele . They provided a shuttle to the Jas Festival- which was perfect for meeting friends . It is in walking distance to everything so you don’t need a car unless you want to drive around town . The gym - for a hotel was decent- Good weights and equipment. We went to the pool to check it out - but it was super crowded. I wouldn’t want to do laps as it is small . Overall it was a wonderful visit .

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The service was incredible. From front desk, management, at breakfast to valet, you seriously cannot ask for better service. Izzer the manager was so friendly from the beginning. Our anniversary weekend so special thanks to all of the people here. Rooms were great!!
