The Ritz-Carlton, Astana

It was our family’s first time visiting Kazakhstan, and choosing to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Astana made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and world-class hospitality that exceeded all expectations. We were celebrating my dad’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. The thoughtful touches, personalized attention, and heartfelt gestures created memories we’ll cherish for a long time. A special thank you to the amazing team, especially to Kamila, Sabina, Sadia and everyone else who helped make our stay extraordinary. Everyone at the hotel were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Their care and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. Not to mention the exquisite suite and connecting room we enjoyed during our stay. The Ritz-Carlton, Astana is more than just a beautiful hotel; it’s a place where guests are treated like family, and where every detail is thoughtfully curated. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Kazakhstan, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is amazing. From check in to check out the service is outstanding.. I would like to do a shout out for the front desk staff as they were always there to help in any and every way possible a special shout out to Karina from the third floor restaurant. She went all the way to make us feel comfortable, happy and special.. The service was outstanding from the time we walked in till the time we left. This hotel goes out of the way to make you feel wanted needed and special.. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the wonderful and luxurious rooms but for the way the hotel is staffed and managed. Thank you all and especially thank you Karina..

Exactly what a person would expect from a Ritz Carlton: very comfortable and high-end beds, a luxury interior, absolutely spotless and with the highest service level. The only downside: this could be anywhere in the world and the hotel misses any local DNA. Personal note: I found the horse in the lobby made of bones from 4000 sheep a bit questionable - but one cannot argue about art!
