The Ritz-Carlton, Astana

i had the privilege of staying at the RC Astana during my short visit to Astana and it was nothing short of excellent and luxurious! their Deluxe Room was spacious and modern with a super comfortable bed, as expected of RC, along with a well-equipped bathroom. the hotel’s location was very convenient, within walking distance to several places of interest such as Baiterek and Nurzhol Boulevard with its surrounding landmarks. i’d like to particularly compliment bellman Yer-Daulet for his warm service and engaging conversation. i was surprised that he remembered my name even after i had already checked-out!

We have lived and worked in many countries and had special stays in hotels around the world, but nothing matches our recent experience at the Ritz Carlton, Astana, which we booked as a birthday treat. From the communication with the ladies beforehand, who were so patient and helpful in all ways, to the last minutes, it was the most magical time. It is impossible to describe how thoughtful and generous all the staff are at this excellent hotel, which provides the highest calibre of accommodation and attends to every detail to ensure comfort, pleasure and luxury in all respects. Stunning views, spotless, spacious rooms, wonderful silence, advanced technology, the best of beds, linen, shower, facilities - just everything was superb. And the food! Mokki restaurant, with its exceptional chefs and sommelier, Ozen with absolutely fabulous cocktails, everything that was brought in addition in celebration - all absolutely amazing. All we can say is thank you - and just wish we could give a better accolade!

It was our family’s first time visiting Kazakhstan, and choosing to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Astana made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and world-class hospitality that exceeded all expectations. We were celebrating my dad’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. The thoughtful touches, personalized attention, and heartfelt gestures created memories we’ll cherish for a long time. A special thank you to the amazing team, especially to Kamila, Sabina, Sadia and everyone else who helped make our stay extraordinary. Everyone at the hotel were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Their care and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. Not to mention the exquisite suite and connecting room we enjoyed during our stay. The Ritz-Carlton, Astana is more than just a beautiful hotel; it’s a place where guests are treated like family, and where every detail is thoughtfully curated. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Kazakhstan, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The room was incredible and the service was A+++. Enjoyed the location and the meals were excellent. will stay there again.
