My stay for (6) days at the AC Athens Capital Hotel was Fantastic! The Valet, Front Desk, Concierge, and, Housekeeping Staff were excellent! Daily breakfast buffet was 1st. Rate, and, everyone there was very cordial! My daily bottle of Greek Chardonnay, and, cigar at the Lobby Cafe were made perfect by Helen & Company! The Folks at the rooftop Bar, Restaurant, and, Pool were Awesome! The View, Music, Sushi, and, the Team there made for Perfect Evenings! I will 100% stay there my next trip to Athens!!! Good location, room very small, not enough room to store clothes or luggage. Concierge and restaurant service poor. Not a 5 star hotel and not worth the money.

Great location and amenities! Beautiful roof top pool and bar and restaurant. We usually stay at The Elektra Metropolis. Glad we came here this year.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Athens Capital Hotel – MGallery Collection, an excellent Accor property ideally located in the very heart of Athens, just steps from Syntagma Square and Kolonaki. One of the highlights of the hotel is undoubtedly its rooftop, which offers a superb panoramic view over Athens, with the Acropolis on one side and Lycabettus Hill, crowned by Saint George’s Church, on the other. It is a wonderful setting, particularly in the evening, and definitely one of the hotel’s strongest assets. Arrival and check-in were smooth and efficient, exactly as one would expect from a hotel of this category. Our room was spacious, elegant and very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The soundproofing was also very good despite the extremely central location. Air conditioning worked perfectly and, importantly, was quiet enough not to disturb our sleep. The only real negative point regarding the room was the shower. The water pressure was surprisingly weak and clearly below what one would expect from a five-star hotel of this standard. This is certainly something that could be improved. Breakfast offers a good selection of quality products and everything is well presented. It is a perfectly good five-star hotel breakfast, although perhaps somewhat conventional and without anything particularly memorable or surprising. The location is exceptional. Being next to Syntagma Square and Kolonaki makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Athens on foot. The Acropolis, Plaka and many of the main attractions are within very reasonable walking distance, while the surrounding area is also ideal for shopping, restaurants and discovering central Athens. A special mention must go to the valet and front-of-house team. They were consistently attentive, friendly and extremely helpful, particularly when arranging transportation for us. Their availability and efficiency contributed significantly to the quality of our stay. Overall, the Athens Capital Hotel – MGallery Collection offers a very good balance between location, comfort, service and price for a five-star property in central Athens. Apart from the disappointing shower pressure and a breakfast that could perhaps offer a little more originality, our experience was excellent. A very good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, refined and exceptionally well-located hotel in Athens. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Careful with this hotel, since it doesnt honor bookings. A reservation from April this year was cancelled due to fabricated reasons ("the CC used in your booking from January expired in March" - hotel provides a credit card numer which is not associtated with the booking), despite having been made through american express travel service. The personell is rude and blames the customer for mistakes, that were made by them. huge data security issues. stay away. I presume a cheap rate was tried to be changed into an expensive rate...
