Excellent location and staff
We stayed for 3 nights last week for our 25th wedding anniversary. The location of the hotel is excellent and matched by the professionalism of (all) the staff. We ate one night at Mappemonde, an experience made special by the staff. They helped us choose our table in the afternoon and in the evening could not have done more. The manager (Spicos?) was excellent as were our waiters (Aggelos) and another whose name I do not have. The food was very good and the manager made it special for us with some 'treats'. The view from the roof-top pool is fabulous - which includes the Acropolis. Our Deluxe Room with Balcony was great - hugely recommended (balcony almost as big as the room - a great surprise). Theodora makes the best dry gin martinis. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay.

Awesome Stay at AC Athens Capital Hotel
My stay for (6) days at the AC Athens Capital Hotel was Fantastic! The Valet, Front Desk, Concierge, and, Housekeeping Staff were excellent! Daily breakfast buffet was 1st. Rate, and, everyone there was very cordial! My daily bottle of Greek Chardonnay, and, cigar at the Lobby Cafe were made perfect by Helen & Company! The Folks at the rooftop Bar, Restaurant, and, Pool were Awesome! The View, Music, Sushi, and, the Team there made for Perfect Evenings! I will 100% stay there my next trip to Athens!!! Mediocre hotel for the money.
Good location, room very small, not enough room to store clothes or luggage. Concierge and restaurant service poor. Not a 5 star hotel and not worth the money.
