Careful with this hotel, since it doesnt honor bookings. A reservation from April this year was cancelled due to fabricated reasons ("the CC used in your booking from January expired in March" - hotel provides a credit card numer which is not associtated with the booking), despite having been made through american express travel service. The personell is rude and blames the customer for mistakes, that were made by them. huge data security issues. stay away. I presume a cheap rate was tried to be changed into an expensive rate...

I was sold by the view from the rooftop pool and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is beautiful with lots of mod cons and the cleaners done a great job. We only stayed for 2 nights and so we didn’t try any of the food. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to the main attractions and we felt very safe in this area

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Excellent location and service, but the hotel itself is not at the 5-star level we’re used to. The room was relatively small; the bed was comfortable. There were issues with the hot water, but they were dealt with quickly. A few complimentary bathroom items were missing that we normally expect from other hotels. Breakfast was good. The rooftop was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. In summary: a good experience in central Athens, but you can expect more.

I don’t know where to start with the amazing positive experience we had at this hotel. From the second we stepped out the taxi and were greeted so warmly I know we’d made the right choice with our booking. Every single member of staff are so friendly and professional. The hotel is beautifully and immaculately presented, so stylish. Breakfast was beautiful and the service second to none. We had drinks at the roof top bar a few times the views and setting is stunning and the staff work so hard to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend the hotel enough I was so sad to leave. Please keep doing what you’re all doing!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the perfect tone for our trip. The hotel generously gave each of our rooms a $100 credit, which was such a fantastic and unexpected bonus. The Accommodations & Service Our rooms were absolutely beautiful and pristine. The level of service throughout our entire stay was wonderful—the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel special. When we first got to our room, we were delighted to find a beautiful bottle of wine waiting for us, and shortly after, they brought up a lovely tray of cheese, crackers, and honey. It was an incredibly thoughtful touch. Dining We ate at the rooftop restaurant, which offers the most fantastic views! Beyond the incredible atmosphere, both the food and the service were outstanding. Location & Departure The hotel’s location is perfect—very central and convenient to all the local activities. Even checking out was a pleasure, as they sent us off with a sweet, small departure gift. I highly, highly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality and a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back!
