Grand Resort Lagonissi

Grand resort Lagonissi is a wonderful place to go with friends and family. There’s everything there that you might need. Pools, parking, church, restaurants and many more. The sunset is speechless… The prices are surely high but you won’t regret going there at all!

Immaculate and beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, spotless and spacious rooms, out of this world views. The service was outstanding, from the people who immediately took care of our beach chairs and provided us with beach towels to waiters who took our orders and brought us delicious Greek salads and club sandwiches right on the beach Having dinner at the Ouzeri Aegean every year during our last night has been nothing less than magical. The food was exceptional, the service outstanding, the music sweet, and the night moon made it all perfect. This is our third year visiting the Grand Resort with family. Thank you, for allowing us to introduce Greece to our children in such a beautiful environment.

We Stayed 11 nights and paid around 12.000 euros. Beautiful hotel and beaches with amazing personal. Super place with amazing kind male manager. He is the best. However after spending 12k in a hotel I asked if we could check out 2pm and the amazing manager promised at 1pm however the front desk personal started to call us early at 8am to wake us up ( on the day of the check out) and also very angry male from reception ( not the manager) called and said you must be out at 1pm!!!! I said we need 15min, but he yelled no the bell boy will be there at 1pm!! Such a behavior is not a 5 start ever. The way you check out a client is as imposter as how you check them in!! That left a very bad taste. There should never be an issue to give a late check out until 2pm. -Also note we had issues to get water in the room unless I left a tip 10-20e daily ( which I did daily ) but a few days I had no cash and housekeepers punished us immediately leaving us without water. This is very bad behavior at 5 star hotel. Also do not complain about them if they start to ring a door bell at 8am to punish you (even you got a do not disturb sign at the door).

Initially, we had some issues with our private pool suite, but the staff at the resort worked hard, not just to resolve these issues, but the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that the rest of our stay was perfect. The main coordinator for our customer service was Despina, whom I'd like to mention by name because she was truly wonderful -extremely helpful and quick at managing everything we needed and made us feel like she truly cared about providing a relaxing and pleasant experience.
