Not great but location makes this hotel somewhat desirable
Location is excellent. Hotel needs to be refurbished. Lobby furniture is worn. I was given a room on the 1st floor interior that had a "frosted" window, but it did not open. Was probably on an air shaft. There was some sort of artificial light behind it that was always on. It felt like a depressing tomb. Room was small; had to climb across the bed when my suitcase was open on the folding rack. I did not complain as we would be there only 2 nights. Breakfast was good with lots of options. When we returned to the hotel for one night on our way out of the country, I refused to accept a room on the 1st floor. The rep at the desk said it was the type of room my tour had booked. I said no, others in my group had larger rooms on higher floors. She made a call and I was given a larger room on the 4th floor with a balcony. Don't bother with the cafe in the lobby; the food is institutional at best. The pizza was cold. Staff was distracted and not very attentive. I sent it back to be reheated. Go to the shopping street and get a gyro. I would give this hotel 2.5 stars only because the location is so central.

UPDATE: After sharing my concerns, the hotel’s marketing team reached out to me directly. I truly appreciate that they took the time to listen to my concerns, were responsive, and worked with me to resolve the issues. While my original experience with the room was disappointing, I do want to give the hotel credit for taking my feedback seriously and making an effort to address my concerns. Their willingness to work with me was greatly appreciated.

Special staff makes this a great place to stay.
Great Location. Wonderful staff. Close to many nice restaurants. Only minor issue is that they have 2 smaller elevator lifts. Breakfast staff was ready to provide quick service. Marina, the concierge, was a fantastic help to us. We were happy to learn that she was soon to vacation in Tuscany! Enjoy!

Wonderful stay in Central Athens
Absolutely wonderful stay, the hospitality was top notch and the location is central to everything. Plenty of sights, shopping, food choices and fun all within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay Athene
Location is perfect , staff is super perfect , friendly and very professional, specially Miss Maria , front office . This is my third visit to Athens and definitely the best . My suite was amazing view with spacious well designed and well furnished, with huge balcony overviewing the acropolis and the mountain in the other side. Worth the money value
