Phenomenal view

We had an acropolis view suite. We had a balcony with two chairs looking out at the acropolis. It was especially beautiful at night. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The staff all spoke English and were friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We arrived after a cruise and we could not be happier, this hotel is beautiful, the location is fabulous and the rooms are great. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, food and service was great. The hotel arranged for a car service for us the driver was excellent and informative. Our only complaint was I did not plan ahead and book this hotel for additional days! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Luxury hotel in the heart of the city!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The hotel is located in Syntagma Square which is right in the heart of the city. The hotel staff are fluent in English, exceedingly kind and friendly, the hotel is spotless - from the exterior, lobby, restaurant, elevator, EVERYWHERE. The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic and was one of the highlights of our trip. So clean and the housekeeping was fantastic. Breakfast was 5-stars and super delicious. We had an amazing view of the Acropolis and Parthenon and Parliament Building, we even were able to watch the changing of the guard from our room. Highly recommend this amazing hotel!

It was a nice place but not amazing. Our deck had no view, pretty basic for a “superior” room. There’s NO POOL and it was very not. Our AC worked mildly for the heat. The staff were very nice. The bellman was great and gave us sound advice for traveling. It’s a touch outdated and could use some larger elevators.

The positive - the hotel is in close vicinity to shopping, attractions, restaurants etc. A 12-15 min walk to just about everything. The service was good especially housekeeping. The service is not always personable. The negative - no pool, no fitness. The elevators are way too small for guests and luggage. Tip- if you are on a schedule, make some time to make multiple rides to get an elevator down or up. I ran down met the elevator pushes the floor then met it back up. The breakfast was decent. The food was fresh and hot. Depending which day, the service was slower. The room - very modern with technology for lights. The bed was extremely firm and we couldn’t open the window nor could we look out. The glass was shaded. Very odd
