Lovely stay at Loews
I stayed at Loews Atl for 4 days during my winter break from NYC & I gotta admit it’s kind of pricey but the experience was well worth it. From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted by the friendly valet staff. They opened my door, removed my bag and walked me to my room. Checking in was easy breezy and they shared with me the places to visit nearby during my stay. Now let’s talk about the breakfast 🥰the French toast with peach topping was to die for. Soft n savory. The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection n impossible to finish at one sitting. Our server, a young man from Jamaica, was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out💯 I visited the bar nightly n was made the best fruity drink from Rebecca/Veronica. I’m horrible with names sorry. But she created that drink just for me n it’ll now be my new go-to drink 💕 Did I mention the sweetest aroma when you walk into the lobby♥️ The scent permeates throughout the hotel n it adds to beauty of the entire atmosphere. Overall, my stay at Loews was absolutely amazing n I’ll definitely return when I visit Atlanta again💯‼️

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONT DESK - WILL NEVER STAY AT HOTEL AGAIN
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - MANAGER FRONT DESK ALEX We travel over 120 nights per year with work (3 rooms). asked for 1 or 2 hour late check out. Front desk was beyond nasty and Rude (Alex was name of "manager") Will not stay at this property or Loews again and will stick to Marriott brand where customer focus is priority instead of being rude and unprofessional. Atlanta Loews Management, get better training for your forward facing team.

Too darn cold.
Sat at the Lobby bar. Chason, the bartender was amazing and very engaging. However, the recent renovation apparently compromised the heating system. It was intolerably cold. We left after two drinks to seek warmer environment.

The hotel was very welcoming to me and my colleagues. Great staff Kamal was very pleasant. Jamila Lee was great with touring the hotel. Rooms are wonderful.

Great people, great stay.
I stayed here for work. I came back exhausted both days and ordered room service. The food was on time and really good. Great steak frites and great chicken and mashed potatoes. Ivan, the room service attendant was so kind and accommodating.
