Loews Atlanta Hotel

Hotel was run down and room was not overly clean. The staff were not knowledgeable about anything and when asked for a late check out was told no bc they were going to have a lot of people checking in ..on a Sunday??! They just did not care about customer service whatsoever

My daughter was married on April 25th and she booked a king suite for her “beauty” day with her bridesmaids and then for the return after the ceremony with her husband. We had many guests coming from out of town as well as from other countries and we had events scheduled from Thursday thru Sunday in the midtown area. My husband and I actually live less than 10 miles from the venue and the hotel and it was easier to stay instead of shuttling back and forth. The staff was spectacular. They helped with loading and unloading, prewedding jitters, keeping the groom’s cake hidden, getting the car in and out at a moments notice from the valet service. They also put up with the impromptu party of 100+ in the lobby after the wedding! Oh, to be young again! So many things! I would especially like to recognize, Crystal at the front desk ( the groom’s cake) Reggie at check-in & check-out and assisting with some miscommunication, Prince who found a screw driver for me, Courtney and Johnny at valet parking. You have a wonderful staff and they should be commended. Please thank them on behalf of myself and all of my family I am a Titanium Bonvoy Member and will now try my best to stay at Loewes properties in the future.

The customer service was top tier!

Came in town Thursday for the concert !! We had a great time !! Hotel was beautiful , clean and friendly staff. The valet person, Jaris ,was kind and professional . She was very knowledgeable about the area and told us about flying biscuit and ashland . Keep staff like this please !! can’t wait to come back

I came to Loews to hear a friend spin after a long work week. I approached the bar, which wasn't very busy at the time. The two bartenders on duty walked past me and talked amongst themselves after finally asking did I want a drink menu. A few minutes later, Chase came back and asked me for my order however, there was a tall man standing behind who I assume he knew the bartender and he took his order at the same time. I ordered two drinks, but only received one. According to Chase, the music was loud and he didn't hear me. His response was unprofessional. I appreciate experiences, unfortunately this one was lackluster and disappointing for my first time here. I tipped him anyway and paid $23 for subpar service. I expect attention to detail and this was not it! Great way to kick off my weekend. Sincerely, Extremely dissatisfied
