Loews Atlanta Hotel

I had a wonderful stay here! My room was clean and the staff at the hotel was kind. Valet (Maxwell) was prompt and professional.

We stayed here after booking a last-minute flight for a family funeral and just needed a clean, comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Our first room had roaches in the bed, so we requested a room change. The second room had a toilet that continuously flushed and extremely poor hot water pressure. We were moved a second time, only to find the third room also had a constantly running toilet. At that point, we were exhausted and gave up trying to move again. While the staff did provide a 50% refund, it did not make up for the repeated room moves and lack of rest during an already difficult trip. The biggest disappointment is that this hotel is marketed as a 4-star luxury property. Based on our experience, it fell far short of those expectations. We typically trust TripAdvisor’s ratings when booking, and this listing was very misleading. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Every staff member I encountered was excellent, but one stood out... Ms. Chazzy. She was outstanding! I'm sure she's not alone but she has the personality & professionalism to work various positions within the hotel.

Visited the lobby bar every day of my stay and had exceptional service from the whole staff, who provided great drinks, food, service, and atmosphere for my family and myself. We're a varied age range, and we all enjoyed ourselves every day. The service was particularly great from Hannah S, who was our cocktail waitress every day. She remembered us and welcomed us back warmly, and even remembered drink preferences. We had many choices of bars and restaurants to watch the World Cup games, but services from your staff and people like Hannah are what kept us coming back. She's a great server!

Great experience at the lobby bar! We're staying at the hotel, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. Hannah S. was the highlight of our trip! She was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and checked on us regularly. If you’re lucky enough to have Hannah as your server, you’re in great hands!
