Maybe the worst hotel experience I have had. They doubled charged my credit card for a room. I have been on the phone with customer service for over a month, finally get in touch with the hotel property manager in Atlanta and they refund my $428.50 after one month of me complaining. Then they recharge my credit card three days later! Absolute Insanity. This company and hotel will steal your money and offer very little to no assistance. They don't care about their customer. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your time and money.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Kevin's hospitality at the saltwood restaurant was fantastic and the food is good too. Comfy beds as usual at the loews. Really nice atmosphere in lobby and bar. Check was easy and agent was accommodating.

EVERY aspect of my stay was beyond expectations & truly enjoyable. From the incredible room & housekeeping staff, the Conference facilities with wonderful meals to accommodate all diets, the upbeat bartenders at the after Conference celebration, & the incredible service when some extras were needed for my room. Would like to especially thank Pashay in the Saltwood Bar & Charcuterie Lounge, at the end of an intense day of meetings her outstanding service, professionalism, smile, & great food & cocktail suggestions helped the day unwind quickly & flawlessly. Thank you to all, I look forward to my next stay at Loews in Atlanta!

Went for a one-night staycation to celebrate an anniversary and do something fun in our own city. We decided to valet since we’re not familiar with parking in the area (price of valet was never mentioned). Room was ok, comfortable bed but nothing special. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night and room got to 75°. When we left the next morning, we were charged $55 for valet. For one night! We had heard great things about this hotel but it fell way short of expectations for the price point. Would recommend the Kimpton in midtown instead for a better stay.
