Ivan from Room Service was amazing. The best example of customer service I have experienced on a business trip. He had a great personality. Loews is lucky to have him as an employee.

This is a clean hotel, but no customer service is provided. No housekeeping and no water refill. I called the front desk and no one ever answered. There are other better options in Atlanta

Nice hotel, would stay again
This was a nice hotel and I would stay there again. It was clean and the food served at the conference I attended was very good. There was a charcuterie tray in my room upon arrival with a notecard for another guest. They clearly had a mix up somewhere, I called the front desk and they sent someone to get it. That was the only odd thing.
