Loews Atlanta Hotel

The Loews hotel is in a great location in midtown, but unfortunately did not have a great experience. Was unaware the hotel was under renovation until I arrived. Unless it is finished now, there is still no sign of renovations on the website. Unfortunately I left a couple of clothing items in my room and they were not found. Their the housekeeping staff does not care or they took them for themselves. Very unfortunate experience.

Amazing business Hotel, but that’s pretty much it. The proximity to the shopping and dining is 10 out of 10 as it is literally walking distance right outside the hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially the bartenders at the lobby bar. They do offer a spa but no pool, which is why I rated four out of five. The spa was OK but the attendance were extremely polite. If you’re looking to stay for a quick easy In-N-Out and to be next to bars and restaurants this is your place.

My husband and I stayed here for a night back in March, 2025. Upon check-in on a Thursday evening the hotel lobby and bar/restaurant area were packed with patrons. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Great bathroom lighting. We also ate breakfast which was good, except I prefer “real” eggs and I don’t think their eggs were real because they seemed too yellow. Otherwise, this was a great hotel option.

I was here for business. Kamal is professional and kind. He did a gantastic job making sure everythingwas taken care of. The loews hotel is clean, quiet and in an excellent location. Highly recommend the hotel.

The lobby bar and restaurant are currently under construction, but the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Kamal from in room dinning!
