Loews Atlanta Hotel

I want to start by saying our experience at the Loews Atlanta Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The front desk employee, Guerra, was phenomenal. She was incredibly welcoming, with the most beautiful and pleasant accent and smile. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, not only explaining the hotel amenities but also offering great recommendations for things to do outside the hotel. She even took the time to highlight the spa and dining options available on-site. I’d also like to highlight the Exhale Spa, which was an amazing experience. We were so happy to have such a great spa right within the hotel. Yasmin and Brock were both extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They also introduced us to the modern Pilates experience, which we decided to try. We attended the 8 AM class led by Morgan, and it was exactly what we needed for our getaway—refreshing, energizing, and enjoyable. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10 experience. We’re already planning our next visit to the Loews Atlanta Hotel. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This hotel is so over-rated NCAA tournament is on and they don't have CBS in the bar They have it in the rooms but not the bar Check-in is supposed to be 4......I am paying for suite and early check in was ignored and now it's 4:30 Still no room still no way to watch game And they don't provide me any time-line ..so I would have went to a local pub if I knew it was going be so long

Everyone was extremely nice. I ordered room service several times and the food was delicious. Kamal delivered my food and he was so professional and nice. He made the experience even better.

Nice hotel with massive rooms and well equipped with working AC and everything you need. Staff were friendly and beds were comfy. Overall a nice stay. Payment took a few days to appear on my card after I checked out and I had to chase for the bill which should just be automatic. However that's just a minor thing. Overall a clean nice hotel and enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Loews Atl for 4 days during my winter break from NYC & I gotta admit it’s kind of pricey but the experience was well worth it. From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted by the friendly valet staff. They opened my door, removed my bag and walked me to my room. Checking in was easy breezy and they shared with me the places to visit nearby during my stay. Now let’s talk about the breakfast 🥰the French toast with peach topping was to die for. Soft n savory. The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection n impossible to finish at one sitting. Our server, a young man from Jamaica, was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out💯 I visited the bar nightly n was made the best fruity drink from Rebecca/Veronica. I’m horrible with names sorry. But she created that drink just for me n it’ll now be my new go-to drink 💕 Did I mention the sweetest aroma when you walk into the lobby♥️ The scent permeates throughout the hotel n it adds to beauty of the entire atmosphere. Overall, my stay at Loews was absolutely amazing n I’ll definitely return when I visit Atlanta again💯‼️
