Wonderful Experience
I loved the decor and professional atmosphere. ALL of the staff including parking lot staff, restaurant staff, bar, front desk etc. were super accommodating, helpful and kind. Especially Rymericos and Tomaz. The rooms were fresh and clean. Room service last night was timely, food was fresh! WOW! It reminds me of the olden times when customers mattered. Thanks Loews for making my visit wonderful…

The atmosphere, rooms and service were amazing. Our waitress, Pashay went out of her way to make sure we ate in style. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious and the location was easily accessible.

Chazzie is the best!!
Everyone here is so nice and helpful. We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and beautiful! We met a really nice and helpful lady in the market for coffee and yummy treats. Her name was Chazzie. She was great!!

I have to say this was a great hotel with Awesome staff. This was a bussiness conference i attended for a Week as from day 1 to day 5 was Bliss. I encountered a young lady name Chazzie shepherd working in the market and really made my day with her funny personality and radiant smile. I will choose this Hotel from now on every city i go due to the overwhelming love i felt from front staff,bellmen,& everyone else. Ohhh dont get me started on the wings made fresh in the Restaurant. You guys will ever have me now as a consumer.
