It was ok
I read the reviews before choosing this hotel, and one of the things that stood out was its beauty and cleanliness The location was perfect, walkable to many eateries and the supermarket. The public spaces are beautiful. What surprised me was the cracked sink in our hotel bathroom and a rusty panel in the ceiling above our bath. Also, the grout on the floor of the entryway of our room could have been cleaner. I spoke to a lady at the front desk twice about this, and she said she would have taken care of it, but she did not. Regarding the crack in the sink, I was told that renovations are scheduled for next year. A cracked sink in a hotel room needs to be replaced immediately, along with any other necessary fixes. It took away from my experience, and I am still surprised that this is allowed.

Big Mike = GOATED
I was in North GA for work and flying in/out of ATL and not only did my flight on 7/31 but my flight on 8/1 also got canceled. Big Mike was literally the best part of the ~12 hours I spent in ATL! I was having a horrible day with all of my travel issues and he was so kind and even upgraded me to a suite for the one night I was at the Reinnasance! We need more people like Big Mike!!

Robin was the most attentive and kind breakfast server! Thanks for making the experience so nice. The overnight desk staff were also busy and on top of it and so good. Great staff! Good rooms too.
