Hotel was decent. Customer service in restaurant was awesome. Brandi took really good care of me and was very kind.

I love the morning crew at Rowdy Tiger. Yvonne and Robin always take amazing care of me. So helpful and friendly!

My partner and I booked this hotel for a one-night staycation from July 18–19. (Room1621)We were really looking forward to having a relaxing day away, and specifically chose the King Executive Suite with a whirlpool tub because we are both very active with tennis and working out. The whirlpool and other room amenities were a major reason we selected this property and upgraded to this particular room type. Unfortunately, the stay got off to a disappointing start. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed an active leak coming from the fire sprinkler. Based on the staining on the floor beneath it, it appeared that this had been an ongoing issue rather than something that had just started. John at the front desk was very kind and apologetic and genuinely seemed to be doing what he could to help. His initial solution was to try to move us to another comparable room, but we were asked to remain in our current room while maintenance came to inspect the leak. We waited approximately 45 minutes, which was a frustrating way to begin such a short, one-night staycation. I asked whether we could simply be accommodated for the inconvenience, perhaps with Marriott Bonvoy points, and remain in the room rather than continue waiting. We eventually left to enjoy the hotel bar (which was great by the way) , and John later explained that another comparable suite was not yet available because the guest occupying it had not checked out. By this point, it was already around 6:00 PM. Since we had specifically booked the hotel for the suite and whirlpool amenities, downgrading to a standard room would have defeated much of the purpose of our stay. We ultimately agreed to remain in the original room, and John provided us with a drink ticket for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the bigger issue came later that evening. After we had been relaxing in the room, we noticed that the comforter/bedding had multiple dark, crusted marks on it. It was extremely upsetting to realize that we had already been lying on top of bedding that was visibly soiled. I contacted the front desk, and the bedding was eventually changed, but at that point we were understandably uncomfortable and disappointed. What bothered me most was the lack of a meaningful response after the bedding issue. While the bedding was replaced, I did not feel there was much acknowledgment of how unacceptable it was for a guest to be checked into a suite with both an active maintenance issue and visibly dirty bedding. I want to specifically recognize John at the front desk because he was helpful, apologetic, and tried to work with us regarding the initial room issue. He was not present when the bedding situation occurred, and I don’t want my overall disappointment with the stay to reflect negatively on the effort he made to assist us. I frequently stay at Marriott properties, including Renaissance hotels, and this experience was well below the level of hospitality and room standards I have come to expect. We actually enjoyed the whirlpool and had hoped this property could become one of our regular staycation options, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Considering the condition of the room, the time lost dealing with the leak, and especially the cleanliness issue with the bedding, I hope hotel management will review our stay and offer an appropriate resolution.

Bora was a great server kind and accommodating. We had a few things in common with our Florida travels. The breakfast was fresh and served with Excellence!

Bora was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful Dino by experience! The Old Fashions were amazing to include the chocolate torte.
