Hotel was excellent. Great service, clean rooms, helpful, friendly staff. I had some trouble with my reservation through a travel agency, and John at the front counter went above and beyond to figure everything out and get me checked in.

Fantastic sleep!
Clean, quiet. Room was so dark and the bed so comfortable that I slept great. Ari was fantastic.

Tired of paying deposits
Logistics seem out of kilter. Booked rooms prepaid. Receptionist wanted to charge me. Took a while to fix. Then they want 100 usd per night deposit "incase you want something" so 400$ just in case. Not acceptable. On the other hand, staff are great. Polite and helpful.

Individualized customer service
Yvonne, at the hotel coffee shop is very focused on customer service. I asked her to make a tea drink that she had never made before... she was game for it... and it was delish. Thanks for making my morning
