Ownership Does Not Care ... even a little.

I'll keep this brief. Staff treats some people well and some people they couldn't care less about. The divide is great at this hotel. I had issues with housekeeping, the serve staff in the restaurant, valet and front desk. The mistreatment should not happen to anyone anywhere. So, I contacted the General Manager, Steven, with Concord Hotels. He acted like he cared for a minute (even admitted he had heard bad things about the staff already) then he asked me what he could do to get me to come back to the hote. The answer was "nothing". That ended the conversation and he was no longer interested in the horrible stay I had at his hotel. It seemed to be all about money. He didn't offer do anything to compensate or correctly charge me for what I received at this hotel. Marriott has diluted itself so greatly and no longer is the King of the hospitality business!

Unprofessional Front Desk Lady Disconnected Call & Ghosted

I called today (5/2) to ask about an estimate for when my room would be ready since we arranged for an early check-in in advance. The lady I spoke with slammed the phone down and disconnected the call after saying she'd "check with room service." I never got a call-back. I understand there are a lot of moving pieces to turnover rooms for incoming guests. But when something was pre-arranged and your hotel can't deliver on it, rudely ghosting a customer is insanely unprofessional and makes the issue worse.

The hotel was central to where we needed to be and good value for the price paid. The in-house restaurant was excellent. Food and service were exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Our room was ready for our early arrival and was quite spacious.

The check in process was quick & staff was super pleasant! I was assisted by Rosa & Michael T at check in & checkout. Michael provided an exceptional customer service experience when I encountered some issues with my bank & even went the extra mile to speak with them & email them. Would definitely recommend this hotel & thanks again Michael for taking care of me with superior service!

Great stay in Midtown

Our stay started out with an excellent checkin provided by Rosa......a very sincere welcome and "by the book" Marriott checkin. This rarely happens at Marriott properties these days due to the tremendous growth and a most definite reduction in training of employees (most unfortunate). Rosa truly made us feel special and provided all the information we needed w/o having to ask any questions. The room was nice with a great view of midtown. There is a nice restaurant & bar onsite where we had a very great breakfast before checking out. I highly recommend this property next time you visit Atlanta.
