Rude & Unprofessional Overnight Desk Attendant
The overnight desk attendant was very unprofessional. I came down for a couple of beverages at the kiosk by the desk around 1.30am on 3/31/26. She was on her phone and didn't end the call but continued talking while serving me. When I went to pay she asked if I was "putting it on my room". I told her no I'm paying with my card because I'm on a business trip. She completes the transaction then I ask for a receipt(company policy) she then tells me she can't because "it's a house account and it will print off all receipts" followed by a rude "Goodnight".

Breakfast inclusion mismatch, resolved by hotel
I stayed at Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel on a AAA Hot Deals rate that, at booking, clearly indicated breakfast was included. At check-in, the front desk initially stated that my reservation did not include breakfast, despite the rate details. After follow-up, the hotel did provide breakfast vouchers and resolved the issue. Overall, a comfortable stay, but there appears to be a disconnect between advertised rate inclusions and what is reflected at the property. It would be helpful for the hotel to ensure better alignment to avoid this situation for future guests.

Great place to stay
Loved my stay at the hotel and exploring the Midtown area. The Rowdy Tiger attached to the hotel has great coffee and Yvonne and her team will take great care of you!
