I visited the hotel for Beyoncé concert and “””WOW””” Ron and his team blew my mind.!!! By far the best service and conversation I have had since I have been in ATL. Ron has an amazing team. With his leadership, he can go above and beyond.

I stayed here for the Beyonce concert in Atlanta with my husband. It was technically walking distance from the Mercedes Benz stadium but 20 minutes felt far in cowboy boots. I should have taken an uber or Marta instead of walking. The thing that sets the Ritz apart from other hotels is the service. The customer service from check in to check out was as good as it can be for a hotel. They knew a bunch of people were coming in for the concert and they had a cute little champagne reception at check in with cowboy decorations. I thought that was a nice touch. They had bottled waters and towels for people coming in from the hot Atlanta streets. The room itself is pretty standard but I did like the Diptyque amenities in the bathroom (but there is a sign to not take them home or they will charge you $70!) The bed was comfortable. The room itself was clean and well appointed. There was a vent in the room that blew directly on the bed. I thought it felt good to my perimenopausal body but my husband didn't like that he couldn't change it from blowing directly on the bed. We heard some noises in the hallway and from the next room but they were bothersome at all. We did not park at the hotel. We went one block down the hill and paid for public parking in a lot. It was around $30 for 24 hours and that was much cheaper than the $70 charged for the hotel. I had some after-concert snacks downstairs in the restaurant and it was not anything spectacular but it was fine. We walked down to the Waffle House on Andrew Young (5 minutes away) for breakfast so we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The coffee from the coffee shop smelled good though so I think it's nice to have that option available. I would stay in this hotel again. Atlanta has so many hotels but this one is worth it for a little bit of luxury.

This is literally the worst Ritz Carlton we have ever stayed in. Poor service and poor staff. The room was nice. The guy at check in was so rude. I told him it was my birthday and he didn't even say Happy Birthday. The nicest person we met was a bartender named Crystal. Other then that never again for the money we paid.

I visited in June 2025 for a combination family and business trip. I’m a Bonvoy titanium elite member, and they upgraded me to a slightly larger room. I don’t think there are any other perks while staying at a Ritz Carlton with Bonvoy. While the staff was generally nice and the rooms were lovely, I feel like that’s where the luxury ended. During my stay, there was no hot water during several showers. A maintenance staff person came to my room, several times to repair the water and fix a leaky toilet. The area around this hotel is pretty seedy. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking at night in this area. I picked this location because of the proximity to my office and entertainment for kids, but I wish it had been a bit closer to the aquarium and world of Coca-Cola since I didn’t feel super safe walking with my kids. Since we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night, we ended up just doing Uber eats which was not so exciting for a vacation. Also parking is $70 a night which is insane. It’s not like it’s New York City, but perhaps they know that no hotel visitors will want to park elsewhere due to security concerns. Overall, I regret staying at this hotel and would never stay here again. I’m actually surprised it’s still open.
