Fantastic Staycation with my girlfriend. Lovely surprise when checking in to receive a room upgrade. All amenities were fantastic to use and a lovely dinner and breakfast within the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at Cordis for a relaxing overnight stay with a Chuan Spa package incorporated. First impression, within seconds of arriving at Cordis was - opening my car door to meet Brent who greeted with a big smile and the assurance we could check in early with valet parking not a problem! We were off to a great start. Checking in early meant our allocated room was not ready, however, Reception offered us a complementary room upgrade which we could have right away. We were feeling well looked after. The room was great - windows on two sides is a first for us. More about the room later. We were keen to use the hotel hot pool, sauna and steam room before our Chuan Spa Couple's Relaxation escape massage package. Chuan Spa was one of the best massage experiences we have ever had, and, we've had a few. The hour-long massage was simply wonderful, culminating in a lingering unwind with a glass of bubbles. We are definitely doing that again! Back up to our gorgeous room for a relaxing evening with room service dinner of course. With a generous check out time of 11:00 am we manged a wee sleep-in and checked out refreshed, relaxed, back to catch up with Brent again, collect the car and say our goodbyes. To all the lovely folk at Cordis who made our stay so great, thank you for having us, we will definitely see you again one day. Cheers Rob - Campbells Bay, North Shore

Great stayed with family with kids

The weather wasn’t great, so three families ended up staying at the hotel. Luckily, the heated pool meant we could still swim even when it was raining. The swimming pool was excellent, and the in-room dining service was quick, handy, and absolutely awesome.
