The stay was AMAZING!!! Room was great!!! Filipino guy that booked us in was 100%!!! You guys surprised us with cake for our 9th anniversary!!! So cool!!! Pool,steam room,sauna and jacuzzi were sweet!!! Brent at the front door was amazing!!! He was such a nice guy and had lovley chat!!! I could not believe when we came to pick up the car the after noon after he called me by my first name when i walked out the door with a great handshake!!! Amazing Stay
I have stayed at many hotels in Auckland, but hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had was at Cordis. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Anitha, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She took great care of us, surprised me with a complimentary cake for my early birthday celebration, and even gave my baby a toy. These thoughtful gestures were completely unexpected and truly appreciated. We had to wait a little while for our room as it wasn’t ready, but the team handled the situation professionally and kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful gesture. The pool, food, room service, and overall hospitality were all outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again, Anitha, for taking such great care of us. You are amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing Hotel. We will definitely be back. Everything was gorgeous! You can’t stay without having the buffet breakfast though, it is AMAZING!

Short stay.. good.
Had a great time for a quick 2 night stop in Auckland. It's a short down hill walk to the city, up on the way back but not bad. Breakfast is great. Room great. The service ok, that's why the loss of 1 star. Whilst nothing bad, just could have been better. The pool...outdoors on a cold afternoon.. the warmest place to be.. was sensational.
