Cordis, Auckland

I have stayed at the Cordis Auckland before, and I love it! This time I stayed two nights and bought a lounge pass. It was worth the price for the benefits received. The room was great and the Chuan Spa facilities were good too. Thanks for a great stay and hope to be able to come back again.

Lovely service. Would definitely stay again, staff were so professional and lovely. 10/10 would recommend especially through grab one. Great value for money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect — 10/10 service! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at The Cordis, from the moment we arrived right through to check-out. Every single member of staff went above and beyond — the valet team, front desk, housekeeping — everyone was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely caring. The customer service was truly exceptional. What made it extra special was that we mentioned it was my partner’s birthday — and they didn’t just remember, they went the extra mile! We were upgraded to a lovely room, and there was a beautiful handwritten note and a delicious cupcake waiting for us. That personal touch was the absolute highlight of our stay and meant the world to us. It’s so rare to feel this well looked after — nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back, and we can’t recommend The Cordis highly enough. 100 out of 10 service! 💛

Was good but wasnt happy with the room I was given, my main reason for booking was to relax in a tub in room, and experience the breakfast advertised

The location is excellent. Karangahape Rd minutes away. A pleasant walk to Ponsonby and easy access to entertainment centres. The hotels rooms are well appointed, clean and provide all one needs for a great stay. The staff are world class. Friendly, happy, helpful and always engaging. We enjoyed the whisky tasting in the One Land bar with Yogi. He had great whisky knowledge, was incredibly friendly and displayed amazing customer service. This is one of Auckland’s best value for money hotels.
