Amazing stay and staff
We stayed at cordis last month with our family and had amazing experience the pool and kids scavenger hunt were wonderful and Anitha was incredibly kind and welcoming to both us and children . Thank you Anitha . We will definitely come back

5 star spectacular
This hotel has exceeded all expectations. Truly a 5 star experience. We stayed in a Club King and the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and bathroom beautiful with nice soaker tub. Food in the club and restaurant was spectacular every time. The hotel also has a free shuttle to downtown areas making this stay a perfect location in Auckland. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay.

Excellent short stay
Staff were attentive, room was clean and well presented. The club lounge is a great asset and saved us venturing out in the cold and wet.

This hotel lacks in a lot of ways. I believe they prioritise “look” over the entire experience which is funny because it’s very behind in many ways. Definitely needs upgrading, only a few boring channels on the tv which is hard for people who just want to stay in and relax, the choice of channels are limited. We didn’t have a toilet brush so we’re just forced to have a dirty toilet, the shower plan being open with no Matt or anything to step on is kind of gross. The lights being all in one place and right by the door was inconvenient. The AC wasn’t working, I didn’t see anything about the Wifi. And I know a lot of these things could’ve been resolved with the staff but these are things that you’d expect for the price you pay. I paid extra for the pinacle tower thinking it’d be a better room and it wasn’t. Wouldn’t come here or recommend it to anyone
