We celebrated our 34 th Wedding anniversary at the Cordis in Auckland. We had a wonderful time. The staff at the Club Lounge were extremely friendly and helpful. I’d like to make special mention of Ellen, Michelle and Evelyn. They were outstanding.

I found that the staff were pleasant and courteous in all interactions.They always went the extra mile to ensure I had the information I requested, The staff at the restaurant Eight were especially thoughtful and a delight to deal with during the early breakfast hour. My interactions with a staff member, Sumana, was always professional and found her a delight to speak with. My stay at the Cordis Auckland was wonderful due to professional employees of the company.
