Very Nice Emergency Stay

Had to visit Auckland for a family emergency. First time staying at the Cordis. I used a booking app to find the best deal. Was happy with the price. Valet parking was available on the day during my visit. Clean tidy Hotel. I have trouble sleeping so I find it difficult to sleep anywhere which isn't my usual bed. Room was surprisingly quiet especially as my room was behind the lift #736. Made use of the pool. It wasnt advertised but the room provides bath robes and slippers. Towels and bathrobes were not soft or fluffy. Would stay again.

Whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff such as Ellen & Barbara at Club Lounge were very accomodating. Yogi, Aarti & Alka at Our Lander were awesome to deal with top notch drinks and customer service.

Rocky Start, But a Pleasant Stay Thanks to Great Staff

Our recent stay at the Cordis Auckland began with some disappointment — valet parking wasn’t available, and our initial “upgraded” room was noisy due to an adjoining door. However, the team handled the situation found us a quiet, comfortable room. Special thanks to Colby at Our Land is Alive, the friendly Chuan Spa receptionist, and our excellent therapists Bella and Joy, Alex at the egg station and the lovely staff at the Chandelier Lounge. Despite the rocky start, their professionalism and warmth made our stay enjoyable.
