Could not fault, what a beautiful way to spend the weekend with friends.
Stepping out of our vehicle, immediately we felt valued and that continued the entire weekend, the Staff were exceptional, friendly, efficient, and cared. The Hotel foyer is stunning, and our rooms, facilities, food, everything 10 out of 10. There were 10 of us, and we so enjoyed having two nights here to just enjoy the facilities, didnt have to leave, but was just an easy stroll downtown to the Musical at The Civic, which we came for.

The Cordis Hotel in Auckland is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms are absolutely fabulous—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exuding luxury. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. I also heard that their High Tea is one of the best in town, so I am definitely planning to give it a try on my next visit! While the hotel is located a short distance from the city center, this is hardly an inconvenience. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service every hour, which makes getting around very easy. Overall, my stay was memorable and wonderful. I am already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you to the entire team at Cordis!

Great stay in Auckland
The hotel is modern and lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in a Club Room, which I highly suggest because the amenities are worth it. Charles at concierge is the best. If you need any info or help go straight to him.

Very friendly staff , Kirsty made our son’s birthday so especial
We just had our son’s birthday Red Panda high tea with summer high tea in this hotel. Can’t say thank you enough to the staff especially Kirsty for making our son’s birthday super especial. All staff especially Kirsty was so warm, welcoming & friendly & respectful to us & our son . She treated our son like she knows him for long and made him feel so especial and proud . Had the best time ever tonight . Appreciate you . Highly recommend this place! 💖

Wonderful hotel in Auckland
Cordis Auckland is a beautiful facility, well-located for everything. Their free shuttle to the waterfront is a great benefit. Our room was large and well-appointed, great city view, gorgeous bathroom, wonderful and interesting breakfast buffet.
