Lovely Hotel
Stayed here for a couple of days after the completion of our cruise. Although it was very busy with a huge conference going on, the hotel was lovely. Staff were excellent & so very helpful. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, would recommend
First time travelling to New Zealand and stayed at Cordis for 4 nights. Enjoyed my stay very much. The customer service was next level, possibly the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel. It's very obvious that the staff here are trained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet has more options than you can shake a stick at and I found club lounge access to be well worth it. The location is pretty good for anything you want to do in Auckland and the regular complimentary shuttles come in very handy. Next time I find myself in Auckland I'll be coming back.

Cleaning
Dust on all air vents and shower head. Eight restaurant is really good. For being a five star put more effort into cleaning room and clean all that dust building up in the corner and shower head

Amazing Stay
Incredible stay, they went above and beyond when mentioned it was my birthday we were celebrating. They have the best facilities, we regularly use their spa, Sauna, steam room etc. Beautiful rooms and breakfast buffet is like no other
