The Hotel Britomart

We enjoyed such warm and friendly hospitality, especially from our concierge, Howard. We really appreciated all his insightful advice and interesting information about New Zealand. Thanks to him, we became big fans of Auckland as well as The Hotel Britomart. The room and restaurant were also very stylish and cozy. We would love to stay here again! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Rooms are so clean, super quiet, great climate controls, and can be made completely dark at night. Wonderful showers too, and very fast room service. Location unbeatable. Definitely understated elegance for those who appreciate it. I would stay again.

We were pleased with the service and staff at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent. However, our room was quite small, with limited storage space and seating options. The bathroom door did not close completely, which raised privacy concerns. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the furnishings were of good quality. I would consider staying here again if necessary, but it would not be my first choice.

It was a very pleasant stay. Every staff was attentive, especially Long and Howard made us feel comfortable, which make us want to return here. Good neighborhood too.
