Lovely luxurious decor and modern room snd hotel. Dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended

We love staying at Hotel Britomart – we’ve stayed twice now and both times the staff have made our arrival (and entire stay) feel like a homecoming. They display genuine warmth, kindness and care. We are also huge fans of their equal opportunity employment policy, making apace for excellent employees who have additional challenges in life. It feels like this hotel should be twice the price as we have stayed in many hotel sin NZ, USA and Japan and Hotel Britomart ranks amongst the best.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn't fault a thing. The personalised cocktails in the Wine Lounge were a real highlight—beautifully crafted and tailored perfectly to our tastes, making the experience feel truly special. Dinner at Kingi Restaurant was fabulous. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was vibrant, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The room service was equally impressive. In fact, the burgers were some of the best I've ever had—fresh, generous, and cooked to perfection. What really set this experience apart, however, was the incredible team. Every single team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. It's rare to have such consistently positive interactions throughout a stay, and it made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return! 👏🍸🍔✨

Very well appointed hotel, comfortable rooms and the most helpful and accomodating staff.

Nice hotel, great location and very trendy. Staff extremely nice and very helpful. Rooms on the small side with no space for suitcases. Breakfast disappointing. We stayed 3 nights and the same options offered each day. A choice of 6 items (I was granola-ed out by the 3rd day). More variety would be nice.
