Amazing stay! We had a fantastic time the room was great, the service was excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. We especially loved spending time in the Libraries, such a special space. And a big thank you to Luciano for making our stay special.

A Boutique Experience We Love
We've always had a great experience at The Hotel Britomart and cannot fault such in any way. The architectural style, decor, well considered room design, location, outlook, amenities, staff conduct, attention to detail and noticeable small touches are all collective factors which keep us returning. We always thoroughly enjoy our time here.

Excellent Location - Beautiful Hotel
Staff could not have been more helpful, the hotel is beautiful and location perfect for downtown Auckland - room service hamburgers were disappointing but staff said they would look into it.

Fantastic sustainable hotel
Julian and the front desk team greeted us upon our arrival with smiles. Our room had a great view of the harbour. Kingi has fantastic menu. Espresso martini just right before a concert at Spark Arena.
