Truly accommodating staff
The Hotel is beautifully presented with many gorgeous areas you can hang out in if you don't want to be in your room. Book a room looking out to the harbour as it is beautiful. The rooms are quite cosy, not big enough to throw all your gear around! The staff always give me a warm welcome and are so accommodating. Shops & restaurants are all a few steps away. Highly recommend.

We held our wedding service and reception at the hotel. It could not have been any better well exceeded our expectations. Right from the start seven months ago the communication and commitment from our planner was outstanding. Nothing was ever a problem and she was fantastic. It was a magical day through and through. All the staff were amazing. Highly recommend The Hotel Britomart.

Great location; excellent service
The Hotel Britomart is a quiet boutique hotel in the CBD area and close to the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for attentive service and to stay away from the bigger hotel brands (which are also nearby). I would definitely consider The Hotel Britomart in the future. The room was clean and comfortable and even though I was on a lower floor, I did not hear any noise from traffic or pedestrians. If you are visiting AKL, for sure give it a try.
