Faultless and superb service
I had a night at the Britomart as I was attending a concert nearby. I was so impressed by the incredibly friendly and helpful service of all staff I encountered. My room was absolutely spotless with all the comforts you would need and I honestly want that bed I stayed in, it was that comfortable. Sadly, their restaurant Kingi was closed as it was Waitangi Day but I have heard great reviews. Maybe next time. Highly recommend.

Amazing Auckland
This hotel is ideally located for anyone leaving Auckland on a cruise. Lots of shopping, restaurants and only a few minutes from the Cruise port. Also ideal for ferry rides to the north shore and harbour cruises. The hotel staff are attentive to your every need and the food is excellent. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. If you are there on a Saturday, the Britomarket is full of local artisans featuring their handicrafts.

A great hotel for your stay in Auckland
We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel has very well designed, stylish rooms and is exceptionally clean. All staff are kind and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent. The location is fabulous. Close to bars, restaurants and attractions. A lovely area in which to stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location
Very smart hotel in a great location. Bed and shower great but the rooms are a little small if you have bags.

Wonderful Introduction to New Zealand at the Hotel Britomart!
We loved our experience at Hotel Britomart in downtown Aukland. It was in the middle of a vibrant downtown area. We enjoyed walking in the area but especially appreciated the retreat we found at Hotel Britomart. The breakfasts were amazing and the room was very well appointed and very comfortable. We want to return and enjoy the experience again.
