The Hotel Britomart

Our stay at Hotel Britomart was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail was truly second to none, with every aspect of our experience thoughtfully considered. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Their service was outstanding without ever feeling overbearing, which made the experience feel both seamless and personal. Hotel Britomart sets an incredibly high standard, and it is clear that the team takes great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. From the beautifully appointed surroundings to the unique personal touches within the room, every detail contributed to a memorable stay. In my opinion, Hotel Britomart is undoubtedly the number one hotel to stay at in Auckland. We would have no hesitation in returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience.

We were greeted by Alex at the front desk, who was incredibly informative, easygoing and lovely. He explained everything really well, helped point us in the right direction, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. In general, Hotel Britomart is a really, really lovely place to stay. The artwork, spaces, smells and overall environment create a feeling that is both luxurious and incredibly user-friendly. It’s also very easy to get to and perfectly located for walking to all the amenities you could want — great food, shopping and everything else around Britomart. We’d both highly recommend Hotel Britomart to anyone looking for a five-star stay. Absolutely loved it.

Excellent hotel with spacious room and very tech friendly settings. Centrally located next to multiple restaurants and bars. Polite and courteous staff who provide an excellent service.

Reflecting on my second stay at The Hotel Britomart….. Sophistication in a nutshell - what does this mean? Authentic building design! Interesting art work! Blurring the lines between architecture, interior design and Art! Staff interactions perfectly balanced between professional and relaxed (friendly, welcoming, personal)! End to end sustainability - from conception to experience! When expectations are high they are difficult to exceed - somehow they have done it again!
