INCREDIBLE
This hotel is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Love that is a 5 star green hotel! Incredible service and food and design! We stayed on a suite and lived every minute of it! We also have a regular room which is so lovely and designed beautifully!!

Home away from home
This place is great! Friendly staff, lovely design, and honestly a good value (not cheap, but good quality). It’s my favorite spot in Auckland.

A must for an Auckland Getaway or Staycation
The location is superb. Everything you need is walking distance. Fantastic atmosphere and the room was impeccably presented. Staff were warm and friendly.

Friendly, great location
Wish we'd been in town longer. Great downtown location (US drivers probably don't want to drive in downtown Auckland), and a half hour from the airport, but if you want to be downtown, this is a great option. Small rooms by US standards, but it had everything needed and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were all wonderful.
