One night only but all good
Great location and very comfortable room. All the amenities one could want. Valet parking was really good and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially the heuvos rancheros.

The location was perfect. Baj, my concierge, was friendly, helpful, always remembered my name, and had an answer to every question. My room was perfect and house keeping was outstanding. Everyone was kind, professional and friendly.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Britomart with easy access to everything, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat the moment you step inside. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offer that perfect balance of modern luxury and warmth. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. From reception to housekeeping, every member of staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. On this visit, a minor billing query arose and it was resolved promptly and graciously—no fuss, just excellent service. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes about how well this hotel is run. Whether you're visiting Auckland for business or pleasure, I can't recommend The Hotel Britomart highly enough. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a place that makes you feel genuinely looked after. I'll be back—as always.
