We would stay there again, happily
We stayed at the Hotel at the beginning and end of our trip, one night at the beginning and three nights at the end. The staff was excellent, and very responsive to all requests. The room was lovely, we paid a little extra for a higher floor and were really glad we did. The view of the harbor was fun. It even has a small gym so that we could fit in a work out on days we weren’t hiking or doing a lot of outdoor activities. We would definitely stay there again.

A great way to spend time in New Zealand upon arrival.
Great location. The hotel is beautifully appointed. I highly recommend having drinks and small bites in the bar upon arrival. Especially if this is your first evening in Auckland after a flight from the other side of the world. Our room was small, my only complaint, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. The bed was very comfortable. Rakesh and Allen were so helpful and made our stay even better. The entire staff were helpful and very nice.

Architectural masterpiece
The most incredible stay at Hotel Britomart. The third time we have been back and just can’t get enough! The lobby, the rooms, the surrounding streetscape is stunning and architecturally gorgeous. Calming space that makes you feel so relaxed! Rakesh was super helpful, kind and also stored our bags after check out so we could go to waiheke. Thanks again, we will be back!!!
