The Hotel Britomart

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Britomart during the last week of August to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic, with a good selection of restaurants and shops just an easy walk away. What truly made our stay so special, though, was the incredible team. Howard, David and Long were absolutely exceptional—nothing was ever too much trouble. Howard, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate us and helped make the birthday celebration even more memorable. Thank you team, Roger & Ester

The appearance of this hotel is modern, stylish and welcoming. The staff Is very professional and yet casual. The rooms are efficient and well designed in every detail. I’ve slept like a baby. Bottom line, I’m looking forward to staying here again.

We recently had our wedding at The Hotel Britomart and spent two nights in the Poraenui Suite. We could not have imagined a more perfect experience. The events team were so lovely to work with and made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable. Communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference in the lead-up to our wedding. Everything was beautifully executed, and the level of care, attention, and hospitality from the entire Hotel Britomart team across the whole weekend was phenomenal. The whole team made us feel well looked after and celebrated. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. It was the most incredible weekend and we will always have such special memories of The Hotel Britomart. We already can’t wait to come back. We couldn’t recommend The Hotel Britomart more highly for a wedding or special occasion.

Great location. Beautiful architecturally designed spaces which are calm and peaceful. Exceptional and personalised service. The corner room I stayed in had beautiful views over city and water. Cleanliness in rooms and social areas is impeccable. Valet car service was so helpful and good value.
