The Hotel Britomart

We recently had our wedding at The Hotel Britomart and spent two nights in the Poraenui Suite. We could not have imagined a more perfect experience. The events team were so lovely to work with and made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable. Communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference in the lead-up to our wedding. Everything was beautifully executed, and the level of care, attention, and hospitality from the entire Hotel Britomart team across the whole weekend was phenomenal. The whole team made us feel well looked after and celebrated. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. It was the most incredible weekend and we will always have such special memories of The Hotel Britomart. We already can’t wait to come back. We couldn’t recommend The Hotel Britomart more highly for a wedding or special occasion.

Great location. Beautiful architecturally designed spaces which are calm and peaceful. Exceptional and personalised service. The corner room I stayed in had beautiful views over city and water. Cleanliness in rooms and social areas is impeccable. Valet car service was so helpful and good value.

We enjoyed our stay at Britomart. The service was excellent and room were lovely, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is fantastic and easy to get anywhere along the waterfront. I would stay here again. The Hanoi restaurant within Britomart was outstanding, one of the best meals we have had full stop.

We enjoyed such warm and friendly hospitality, especially from our concierge, Howard. We really appreciated all his insightful advice and interesting information about New Zealand. Thanks to him, we became big fans of Auckland as well as The Hotel Britomart. The room and restaurant were also very stylish and cozy. We would love to stay here again! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Rooms are so clean, super quiet, great climate controls, and can be made completely dark at night. Wonderful showers too, and very fast room service. Location unbeatable. Definitely understated elegance for those who appreciate it. I would stay again.
