Great Hotel & Great Team that run it.
The team at the InterContinental Auckland understands the meaning of hospitality and service. From check in to check out every aspect of my stay was excellent. The team in the club lounge did a particularly good good job of this by being a friendly face at the end of each work day & taking the time to remember what we liked to drink & where to sit us.

Fantastic Hotel WOW! Such a wonderful checking in lady and so helpful to two weary travelers. I cannot say enough about the hotel. The rooms are perfect and beautifully designed. Would definitely stay again and again and again.

Wonderful stay
Absolutely wonderful stay in Auckland. Hotel was amazing! Super central location close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were gorgeous and very clean/ modern. Highly recommend!

An Unforgettable experience
I always enjoyed staying at Intercontinental Hotels and the Auckland Intercontinental was amazing. Perfect location with amazing view. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Direct access to a mall and across the street from the harbor. Only drawback is there is no driveway at the entrance.

Relaxing, warm and luxurious
Great as usual. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, especially that we were celebrating an event and the staff has been more than diligent in arranging with my family members a suprise visit ( for me) from one of our relatives who travelled from overseas for the occasion.By showing gestures of kindness towards the event’s recipient in particular. Most importantly, we appreciate the consistent acknowledgement, politeness and respect that we are shown despite our -almost-monthly visits. Special mention to Angelo, who is a fantastic ambassador of the hotel’s professionalism .
