We had a wonderful stay with our two daughters. The staff went above and beyond, and even bought our girls warm milk and cookies before bed. The facilities and restaurant were fabulous.

My now-fiancé and I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Auckland, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We regularly enjoy staycations every few months and have stayed at most of the hotels around Auckland’s CBD, so we’ve had the opportunity to experience quite a few. The JW Marriott Auckland genuinely stood out to us. From the service and the room to the facilities and overall atmosphere, everything was fantastic. What really made our stay special, however, was the incredible help and support I received from the team when I was planning to propose to my partner. The restaurant team in particular went above and beyond to help me make the moment special, and their effort, professionalism, and attention to detail meant a lot to me. Thanks to their help, it was a truly memorable experience that we’ll both cherish. A huge thank you to everyone at the JW Marriott Auckland for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back! Wonderful Hotel!
We had a spacious room on the very top floor with a great view of the water. The room was clean with a big tub which allowed us to soak after a long flight. The hotel is very clean and feels homely. We dined in the lounge and the breakfast was fantastic! The food is fresh and the service couldn’t be better. We were served by Evian and Pelle. They made us the best cup of coffee, they were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home even though home is on the other side of the world. Thank you Evian and Pelle!

First time to NZ. Spent one night at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel was beautifully decorated and high end. Used the Executive lounge for breakfast. Food was excellent and the staff, Evian & Pelle were wonderful and attentive. They made us feel so welcomed. I wish we stayed longer!
