Great hotel with excellent staff in a reat location
Great hotel, great staff, great location. The staff make every effort and we were very pleased. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on and within walking distance. In case you are interested, Soul Bistro is a large restaurant with great views but still managed to have excellent food and service and Angeline's is a small evening restaurant that shares space with a daytime cafe and served the best food of our multi country trip.

A place you can trust!
Excellent customer service, we left some cash in the safe. by the time we realised we are already checked-in at the airport and about to board the plan. I spoke to their guest services expert Caitlin, she's extremely helpful and professional, went the extra miles helping us locate the cash and arrange proper hand over. First time in my life, I feel I am lucky I stayed with JW Marriott, somewhere I can trust and feel safe. :)

JW Marriott Auckland experience
From the moment we arrived the hospitality, ambiance and location are on point. A very smooth checkin & checkouts done by Syaikh Khan and Ammar Fariz. Well callibrated car parked and retrive by the concierge team. We had a good food for breakfast. Thank you to team TRIVET. We will definetly choose JW Marriott Auckland whenever we are there again. Excellent experience in the heart of Auckland
I have had 3 stays of over 2 months in JW Marriott, Auckland. It is a great property and the location is outstanding. 5 mins walk to the water. The staff is very caring and attentive. The front office is guest friendly and flexible to make arrangements. Joshi, Mimi and Tina were very responsive to questions and requirements. The view from the gym is unmatched.
