Exceptional // Breakfast
Grace made our breakfast experience truly exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.
It was great, the hotel was spotless but it be downside if you are using this hotel the lights and placements of certain things like: coffee, and the light switches are a bit wonky but besides that it’s 5 star, highly recommend. -Also if you see 2 workers called Mimi and Joshi pls say hi they are very nice :) - Kian,Auckland,July 24-JW Marriott 2026

Janaya is super good
The service is good. We spent 7 days in the hotel with 2 kids. Kids love the breakfast on the lobby floor. Janaya, the sweet girl working in the restaurant is very nice to the kids, in addition to her excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant and the hotel.
