A wonderful stay
Stayed at Park Hyatt Auckland and really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, right by the waterfront, and the atmosphere feels peaceful even though it’s still very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. I especially liked the view and the overall sense of privacy. Service was warm and professional without feeling overly formal, and the staff were always helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and a relaxed setting overlooking the harbour. One of my favourite things about the hotel was simply sitting by the waterfront and enjoying the view — it really made the stay feel special. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay in Auckland. I would happily stay here again.

Great Auckland hotel
This is a wonderful hotel. Welcoming, professional and helpful staff, clean and comfortable - great location. We loved staying there and will go back again. Hotel restaurant was very good and the concierge staff was extremely helpful. Housekeeping does a great job and we loved our room and the services we received. Lap pool, gym and spa are all terrific.

Still a great experience.
A very good experience. I have to travel to Auckland for work a few times a year and this hotel makes that a pleasure. It is well located, clean, good amenities (gym, pool, spa/sauna) and good restaurants / food. the rooms remain nicely appointed and clean with good beds and bathrooms. the work space is adequate. the location is good for me. we use the venue space for events for work and the space is great. the lovely dog they have in the lobby is a highlight. the only downside is that Auckland itself is quite run-down, dangerous feeling, and dirty.
