We found the accomodations, clean, well-serviced, welcoming, and personal.
We originally had not planned on this stay, but we were able to find accomodations on a very busy holiday period. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, were patient with us and our requests, outdid themselves to make things convenient for us, and were pleasant and cheerful throughout. This goes consistently for the reception desk, the valet service, the hotel staff including housekeeping, the lounge and the restaurant.

Relaxation after a lot of travel
After touring NZ for a month in an RV, we enjoyed the cleanliness, relaxation and kind hospitality of the Marriott in Auckland.

JW Marriott Auckland is the best we have stayed in all our travels. Excellent location , all the staff and services were excellent. Special recognition for the following staff: Kristina & Joshua @ front desk; JAD excellent service @ lobby bar; Extra special thanks for Kushboo catering our request for special friends gathering in the lobby.
