Amazing staff services 😍
Our little family throughly enjoyed our stay for my daughter’s birthday, they had balloons, a little happy birthday note and a chocolate mousse dessert waiting for her when we checked in. We were also allowed a late check out time. Thank you to all the staff especially Tina and Joshi from reception, thank you for an amazing staycation 🙏❤️

Superb, personable stay
This is my second stay at the JW Marriott Auckland 2026. Despite the weather being quite cold, the team were able to make my stay feel very warm through their superior warm customer service. My partner and I would like to especially make special mentions to Deepika at the Executive Lounge for making us feel welcome. Deepika’s meticulous attention to detail with regard so to our preferences that had been observed during our stay was very touching. Additionally Deepika was a great conversationalist as well, despite having to manage multiple duties , Deepika always made sure we were looked after as well. It’s quite rare to see this superior customer service that feels so personable. Thank you J.W Marriott Auckland team and Deepika!

Great Location and Excellent Service
Really enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Auckland. The hotel has been done up beautifully, with great furnishings and a modern, comfortable feel throughout. The rooms were well appointed and felt fresh and luxurious. The staff were excellent and always happy to help. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The location is also hard to beat. It's an easy walk to plenty of food outlets, shops, and the waterfront, so we hardly needed to use the car while we were there. Would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others visiting Auckland.
