I love this spot
This hotel is so perfect from the people, the decor, the food and the location. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in Austin. Walk to see the bats, go eat at the food trucks on congress or even close enough to walk UT. The service is truly incredible. From the manager to the spa, daily free offer and GF goodies.

This is the best place to stay in Austin. The pool service is top notch and the food is amazing. Giulio is always on top of of it.

Tasteful, refined and very well done!
I just stayed ant the Proper and genuinely loved it. The whole place feels very thoughtfully put together, tasteful design that never tries too hard. Service was consistently warm and attentive without being over the top, and the food was excellent throughout. There’s a great atmosphere to the hotel, the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and would happily return.
