Perfection
I love this hotel! It is stunningly beautiful. The staff is friendly & efficient. The room itself is handsomely decorated and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. But it is the public space that shines. Visually appealing & the type of space you want to relax in while enjoying a tequila or meal in the beautiful dining room. Special shoutout to Peacock breakfast. Best Greek omelette I've ever tasted. Only criticism I have was the lighting at dinner was so dim we could barely see our meals. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Great housekeepers and staff!
We loved it the service was great and the housekeepers did a lovely job. Jasper at valet was very helpful as well and we loved the interior design.

Exceptional customer service
I had an incredible experience with the valet team during my stay. Kendra was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for me. She truly set the tone with her outstanding service. Alex and Benny were also fantastic, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They’re the first faces you see when you arrive, and they make the hotel feel warm, professional, and elevated from the moment you pull in. The establishment itself is beautiful and spotless, and this team adds that extra touch of excellence that really stands out. Five stars all the way. Huge kudos to Kendra, Alex, and Benny for exceptional service!

Kendra at the valet booth was very polite and helpful, quickly had my car pulled up and provided water on the way out. 5 star service
