Paris was great
Paris was so kind and great when I was picking up my car! It was a bit confusing when I dropped it off for valet, but had a great experience of Paris when picking it up

Exceptional Valet Service from Paris
Paris made my entire experience at the Austin Proper Hotel feel effortless. From the moment I pulled up, he was professional, quick, and genuinely kind—none of that forced hotel-smile energy. He handled everything with precision, made sure I was taken care of, and even remembered me by name each time I came through. You can tell he takes pride in doing his job right. Small details like that make a big difference in a place that already runs on high standards. Paris deserves serious recognition—five stars all around.

Excellent overnight
Crazy attention to detail. You can feel that hospitality is embedded in every I iteration you have with the entirety of the staff. Also was just a crazy beautiful hotel from the rooms to the restaurant/bar concepts. Not a nicer looking spot in Austin to stay.

Gorgeous!!!
What a gorgeous hotel!! The decor and design is beautiful. We had a wonderful time here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are so comfy and the spa is awesome. We experienced the recovery room-which was the dry sauna, infrared sauna, and cold plunge-I highly recommend!! Jasmine and Olivia at the spa were the sweetest!! We at definitely returning in the future!! Thanks Austin Proper!!

5 STARS every time we stay!
Every stay at Proper is nothing short of perfection, five stars every time! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the property is spotless and beautifully designed, and the food and cocktails are truly outstanding. We’ve tried other hotels in downtown Austin, but nothing ever comes close to the experience at Proper. It’s hands down our favorite place to stay.
