Our entire stay was fantastic! I attended a wedding and unfortunately felt unwell, but the room was very comfortable. The Italian Renaissance style is gorgeous. All the staff were exceptionally well-trained in hospitality, from the valet and housekeeping to the servers and front desk. The management of this place is doing an excellent job and hiring the right people.

I can't recommend the Commodore Perry Estate more highly. Everything was impeccable - from the well-considered design to the warmest service you will ever experience. The entire property was immaculate with lots to take in, but in a way that was magically relaxing. As someone who is always on the go, I haven't sat by a pool in years - but this pool is impossible to ignore and will return you to a state of pure chill. (Reminded me of the Hotel Bel-Air but w/out the intensity of an LA scene.) Everyone who works at the Estate is BEYOND helpful and genuinely kind. You really won't experience anything better from a service perspective. Now we are in love with Austin and can't wait to go back. Thank you, Commodore Perry!

Yay: Gorgeous, well-maintained property with several tasty restaurants. Nay: Seemed either very understaffed or very undertrained, as we had several dicy encounters with waitstaff. The low level or service surprised me for an Auberge Resort.

This is my favorite hotel in the US❣️ The service at each station can't be exceeded. Everyone is attentive, charming, and helpful. The food is perfect. Last but not least, The spectacular grounds of the auberge are fully matched by the most refined and elegant decor. My eyes wandered from corner to corner, catching glimpses of fun and whimsy❗️ my stay was pure undiluted pleasure.

We were there celebrating my husband’s birthday, and were greeted to an upgrade—the climbing rose suite—which was fabulous for two people, secluded, and had a great view of the mansion. We want to book this room in the future! The birthday amenity was beautifully curated, and the sweet front desk gal felt bad for mentioning it before my husband had seen it (which was seriously no problem) and sent us an olive oil cake, too, which was divine. We definitely felt special, especially as staff greeted my husband by name without seeing his name/expecting him. Finally, we appreciated that although we were staying one night, we were allowed to hang out all day before checkin and after checkout. We enjoyed the pool and dining on the concourse at the mansion. You simply cannot beat this setting in the heart of Austin. We love CP and can’t wait to come back.
