The Driskill is the definition of elegance and beauty
The Driskill Hotel is a stunning place to stay! Built in the 1860s you are surrounded by history and elegance. I was so taken with the architecture and artwork. The staff were so professional and nice and exceeded our expectations! The rooms are so clean and elegant. Not to mention the location of the hotel is perfect for experiencing Austin nightlife with bars and restaurants located right along 6th street.

The highlight of 6th street
The atmosphere at the Driskill is top notch. You just feel like you are going back to 1890...in an amazing way. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was wonderful and energized. The room was the cleanest room I have ever had...and the bed was perfect for me...soft and cozy.

Old fashioned charm with modern service and amenities.
Driskill was always charming but the state of the lobby, bar, restaurant and rooms was exceptional. No noise from the night life in the rooms and the AC worked great. Loved the black out curtains. The new MML managed restaurant is terrific and a destination in itself.

Very pretty lobby
Beautiful old school hotel but lacking in amenities . No pool..we had a leak in the toilet and running a hairdryer blew the circuit breaker.
