Front Desk Ladies for the Win!

Best in class service provided by your front desk... Rachael and Sadie both were rockstars in helping me with my 2 teen girls this weekend. We were in town for a concert (The Neighbourhood) birthday celebration without hesitation they sent up a nice setup and a handwritten card wishing them a Happy Birthday. Lovely gesture on their behalf. The stay was great will definitely stay her next time we are in town.

My friend from college and I did a girls' night and booked a room. Alexis was so welcoming and kind during check-in. We arrived at 10 am and Alexis was able to upgrade our room to a deluxe (higher floor) that was available, so we didn't have to wait until the 3 pm check-in. Alexis explained all of the amenities and set the mood for a great visit. Amazing location. We walked to all major restaurants and the entertainment areas in downtown. Great view of the river and bat bridge.

We did a one night staycation to celbrate my wife's birthday - a huge shout out to Jesse who went out of his way to make us feel special. Jesse was attentive to every detail, and surprised us with persecco and cupcakes! The hotel was fabulous as always, but Jesse took it to another level. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful time the bar and atmosphere was amazing Joshua Savedra at the bar head so personable and knew a lot about the local culture and where to spend our time. Would recommend this place solely because of the experience he gave us.
