We booked one of the best rooms in the hotel — a beautiful corner room on the top floor. For a special occasion and the price we paid for a weekend escape, we expected more. No free Wi-Fi, no free parking, no cabana at the pool, and lobby smelled of sewage. All they offered us for our special date was a mini cake. Next year, we’ll be going with a different hotel chain.

Came for a conference and the staff was amazing, the room generous and very comfortable. Loved the pool! The food was excellent. I will be back!

The property was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable - nice amenities. The staff was very friendly - Janice checked me in and was very informative and helpful. I also spoke to Nicole at the concierge, and she gave great recommendations.

My stay was great, and I want to call out Nature and Fernanda in the Gold Lounge who took the time to help me with some items on my account and teach me about the perks I have as a diamond member, they were so kind and patient and really helped - I really appreciated them!

Centrally located, nice conference space, decent food & beverage selection and the pool is great! Not sure if this was a one-off experience or a general problem but elevators were hard to come by. You needed to plan an extra 10 minutes into your "commute" to get one and often when it did arrive it was full. Trying to get from the 21st floor to the lobby would often take quite some time with several completely full elevators stopping. We finally started riding the elevator up to be guaranteed a spot going down. Other than that, it's a really nice property.
