We stay at Fairmont almost 2 -3 times a month Concierge lounge is awesome Great service Alyssa , Vanessa , Nature r very attentive and friendly ❤️ it Used to stay at Four Seasons but these women and their attitudes and attention to detail and relationships have us Committed to Fairmont

Going Above and Beyond!!
I want to give a huge shout out for Jorge and Samira! They are excellent representatives of The Fairmont!! Last year when we were here, one of the snacks was Jerkey. I asked the two of them if they were going to put more of that out this year, and they responded that they weren’t, but they would get me some of it. They got me three packages of it… And I was extremely grateful! They went out of their way to make my experience here so much better!! The Fairmont is a wonderful place, and the dedication and professionalism of these two fine individuals exemplifies that amazing quality!!
