Great Anniversary Trip
My wife and I visit the Fairmont once a year. It's our little getaway for just us 2. We love Austin and we love staying at this hotel. Last year we did not have a great experience, but they sure made up for it this year! The staff was very attentive to our needs, even gifting us a bottle of champagne to celebrate out anniversary. The pool was a lot of fun, though I do wish they had more coverage. Maybe have a few more umbrellas available. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year. Walking distance to 6th street and just a short drive to South Congress. Treat yourselves and book a weekend here!

Great Experience
I attended the TAC conference August 27-29, 2025. Hotel and Food was Excellent. Colin checked us in the Hotel, and he was extremely helpful. We met the financial manager, at the bar area and she was friendly and wanted to know our experience at the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The pool area was clean and an excellent area to relax.

Everything was excellent as is their custom. The staff is always friendly and looking for ways to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Outstanding Service and Comfort!
I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Austin! The room was spotless thanks to the housekeeping team, and the valet service was quick and efficient every time. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the concierge went above and beyond to help us with local tips and reservations. Highly recommend!
