Fairmont Austin

We had such a great experience during our event here! Samira and Alida were the best! They took care of us and made sure that we had everything we need to ensure our event ran smoothly!! Great hotel with even greater staff whenever we needed it!

Fairmont Austin is such a wonderful place to stay! The service here is so genuine and kind it feels like everyone is my best friend here. Big shoutout to Juan, Yusuf, Will, Raphael, and Berk. They were always there with any help I needed. Even at night when I got locked out of my room Bryce at the front desk was super lovely in assisting me!

Working the T-Mobile winners circle program this week. Samira and Alida were fantastic support for our staff meals! They really showed great customer service and quality care and attention! We appreciate them so much!! Also, Josh Jensen is outstanding and he really truly provided heartfelt and kind support with such a wonderful attitude always. That’s rare and such a great attribute to providing outstanding customer service. Thank you!

OH MY GOODNESS!! I just had the most amazing experience at The Garrison inside of the Fairmont Austin. Now I have stayed here once before but they do not stop surprising. From the unique personal touches, to the candor and food, everything was perfect. We were greeted by Makayla and Hunter at the door to Revue. They were extremely friendly and are the ones that started to turn your average dinner into a special one. Kaitlyn and David were our servers at The Garrison. They made sure we had an unforgettable experience. They answered all my questions with ease and a sly smoothness expected of a Michelin restaurant. The dishes that were recommended did not cease to blow minds almost literally. There is was an Amuse described as a soda made with grapefruit, lime, a touch of blood orange and this watermelon paste. OMG. I cannot describe how a specially crafted soda actually redefined my taste buds to where I will DEFINITELY be back in hopes of encountering that masterpiece again. This was also our first time trying cooked oysters. The fried and grilled oysters also highly exceeded expectations. The blue fin tuna is also an honorable mention. I never thought a dish could be labeled as refreshing until now. An explosion of subtle flavors and a vibrant splash. Tucker and Adina are also a few honorable mentions among the staff at The Garrison for their impeccable service and mastery of the grill. Now this is where things get a little crazy. After a wonderful and time we stepped over to The Fulton. Not across the street, but across the hall! Now i do believe Kevin, Sebastian and Jeph were our bar tenders but don’t quote me on that. I will say, however, the level of service is noticeable throughout The Fairmont. With extremely high standards Kevin and Jeph delivered in most amazing way. Even after requesting multiple off menu, experimental cocktails they still held a high level of service and care while we were there. The candor was endless and one never felt left out. When I wanted another, they were there at the drop of a pin. I really do appreciate the security detail of The Fairmont as well. After a night that will forever live in my memories, Jorge and Mike made sure we made it home safe. I cannot be more thankful for everyone that assisted in our experience at The Fairmont. This is a place you should not pass up.
