Fairmont Austin

The Fairmont is a great spot. Great location. The cleanliness is welcoming and overall good service. For the price point and amenities I think it's an excellent choice. This is NOT a 5 star resort. So at face value I would give this a full mark for meeting its expectations. My wife enjoys staying here and we will likely continue to do so for our quick trips to Austin.

Why go anywhere else? Very spacious suite, super quiet, great comfortable beds, got a great night of sleep. Highly recommended!

First time ever to Austin, Texas for a company holiday party. Hotel is in an AMAZING location!! Staff was so friendly and helpful!! GREAT SERVICE all around! Hotel was beautiful!! Will DEFINITELY stay here again and WILL BE RECOMMENDING Fairmont to anyone visiting the Austin area.

My son treated me to a one-night stay at the Fairmont Austin. Seda and Rachel at the front desk made the entire arrival warm, informative and was seamless. Their kindness immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Garrison was extraordinary. From the hostess (I forget her name but the woman working Saturday evening was so welcoming with Jasper. ) to the chefs!! Every detail was impeccable. Jasper created an incredible tasting menu paired beautifully with wine for each course. It was the best wine pairing experience I’ve ever had. Katelyn was an amazing server. Attentive, knowledgeable, and kind as well as Joel both provided wonderful service. Some of the Fairmont Banquet team even stopped by to wish us a special, Artur & Sarah adding a truly personal touch to our experience. Later that night, we ordered in-room dining, which was quick and easy. Mikayla was friendly and knowledgeable when taking our order, and the young gentleman who delivered the food was professional and kind though I didn’t catch his name. The highlight of my stay was my spa treatment the following day. As a breast cancer survivor with body sensitivities and experiencing my first massage I was understandably nervous. Sarah, my massage therapist, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. I am not someone who relaxes easily, yet I fell asleep multiple times during the treatment. It was truly a one-of-a-kind, healing experience. Every team member we encountered delivered exceptional service with genuine warmth. The Fairmont Austin is a beautiful property, and this stay gave me memories I will treasure forever.

My wife and I were very impressed. I am a hotel snob. The Fairmont Austin has the "WOW" factor! The entrance was festive, elegant and spacious. Seda at the front desk took great care of us. She explained all the incentives we qualified for as we used our Chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card via The Edit. The bed was incredible. My phone conversation with Terry was great since the bedding/pillows were changed to foam due to allergies to feather. The room was great!! The coffee inside the room was great. We love Nespresso. The boxes of water were provided at the front desk. The coffee shop was perfect. The breakfast was delicious! The only little issue was that the smoking area outside was too close to the valet parking area. Other than that, our hotel stay WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE and would DEFINTELY BE GOING BACK!!! Ernie
