Excellent stay at the Fairmont Austin
I recently stayed at the Fairmont Austin for the first time and let me just say probably one of the most friendliest and nicest hotel I have stayed at before. A big shout out to Valerie, Cindy, Katie, and Sammy for helping me with my reservation they were really amazing. Overall 10/10 experience staying at the Fairmont Austin!

Our One Night Stay-Cation
Me and my girlfriend came to visit to celebrate our anniversary. Overall we enjoyed our time at this property. It’s a very nice hotel with amazing skyline views. Parking is a little expensive at $55/night. The pool food hours could be longer too, and more staff dedicated to clearing empty drinks. The bar in the lobby felt a little understaffed at night. But the service when the staff was available was amazing, and we will probably plan another one night stay in downtown here.

Definitely Coming Back!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont! The views were beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the staff was attentive from the moment we arrived. They brought us everything we needed; even a microwave when we requested one. Everyone was kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I’m definitely coming back and would highly recommend staying here!

Best part of the trip
Fairmont staff was exceptionally helpful and kind and made the experience so much better. We had struggled with a different accommodation beforehand but we ended up at the Fairmont and they truly helped turn the trip around for us.

Great atmosphere
Thanks to Josh! Asked for a specialty drink with whiskey and got the Scarlett Sour. Highly recommend both Josh and the drink.
