Pleasant hotel and staff
Our stay at the Fairmont Austin was exceptional from start to finish. The property is genuinely beautiful, but the warm, accommodating service from the entire staff truly set it apart. A major highlight was the bell staff setting us up with complimentary bicycles, giving us quick, seamless access to the nearby trails along the lake. Dining on site was just as impressive. Every meal hit the mark, from a fantastic breakfast and lunch to delicious late night bites and drinks at Fulton. It is the perfect blend of upscale luxury, prime location, and thoughtful hospitality. We cannot wait to return.

We loved the pool! We had a great time. The service was phenomenal. The gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful and we were able to get into our room early!
