Perfect hotel. Amazing view of the river with bars and restaurants round the corner. All staff including the valet were very friendly and kind. Safe place to stay

Mario helped get our belongings to our suite. Very personable, respectful and welcoming! Great service all around; from valet, checking in and taking us up to our gorgeous room.

The Hotel Van Zandt was wonderful! Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The restaurant was great--we had two meals there and enjoyed both. Service was helpful and pleasant throughout. Keegan on the front desk was a standout. We were lucky to meet him on arrival, and he had wonderful suggestions for stores, sights, meals on the go, etc. Very gracious and knowledgeable. The location is also prime. Close to the lake and walking distance from shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the Van Zandt.

Our stay at Hotel Van Zandt was absolutely wonderful, and it’s truly because of the incredible staff who made every moment feel special. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. A very special thank you to the amazing bartenders and servers — especially Lindsey, Brynne, and Olivia D — who made our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out from the very first interaction. Whether it was crafting the perfect cocktail, remembering our preferences, or simply brightening our day with their positive energy, they consistently delivered five-star service with a smile. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff makes such a lasting impression, but Hotel Van Zandt truly sets the bar.
