Excellence truly defines the valet service at the Van Zandt. Abby went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, quick, and incredibly warm, creating an immediate sense of ease. The rest of the valet staff was equally professional, attentive, and efficient, working seamlessly as a team. The efficiency was impressive, but what really stood out was the genuine hospitality and positive energy throughout the experience. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both professional and personal, and this entire valet team delivered exactly that. An outstanding experience and a perfect first impression—this is how valet service should be done

Enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed.
The staff was wonderful. My girlfriend and I were visiting from Colorado and asked one of the valets for a suggestion on where to go for dinner. I wanted to know where the locals go. Turns out that the young man we talked to, Ryan, was from Colorado also. He was very friendly and helpful. He was extremely personable and greeted us every time we saw him.

Even though I didn’t stay at Hotel Van Zandt, I’ve been using their valet services regularly—and they are truly top-tier. I want to give a huge shoutout to Ajay, who consistently goes above and beyond. He’s friendly, efficient, and brings such great energy every time I pull up. The entire valet team is kind, funny, and incredibly welcoming. They handle everything smoothly and make the whole experience stress-free, which is a lifesaver when my friends and I are heading to Rainey Street. Having a reliable, safe, and well-run place to park near all the action is a huge perk. I’ll definitely continue using their valet in the future. Highly recommend their service—even if you’re not staying at the hotel!
