Hotel ZaZa Austin

First time at Hotel ZaZa! My stay started out well. I had a Concept Suite with two king beds, and the room itself was beautiful and spacious. However, the headboards on both beds were noticeably tattered and torn, which was disappointing and not aligned with the standard and status of the hotel. I hope there are plans to replace them soon, as the condition of the headboards detracted from an otherwise lovely room. I also had an unfortunate interaction at the rooftop pool with the gentleman checking guests in. His demeanor felt somewhat pretentious and unwelcoming, which was disappointing given the warm Southern hospitality I had hoped to experience. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the property and its distinctive character, and I hope my next visit reflects the level of hospitality and attention to detail that I know the hotel is capable of providing.

Overpriced with no room views $1k a night got us a view of 30 hvac units Bathrooms are very dark . Lobby is small . No lobby bar Room had small closet and no other storage Stay at four seasons instead

Hotel Zaza was the PERFECT girls trip destination. We were very pleased with our service, especially Vanessa! She was kind and enthusiastic and had great recommendations on what to do while we were in town!

My husband and I stayed here while in Austin on vacation for a couple of days. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The complimentary morning coffee bar is well stocked. Vanessa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. They even leave a nice little gift for you each evening. We definitely will stay here again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience hosting our company event at Hotel ZaZa! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the evening seamless, polished, and truly memorable. A special thank you to Banquet Chef Lucas Thompson for the incredible food, Matt for outstanding A/V support, and Banquet Captains Alex Khamharn and Jackson Onweiler for making sure every detail throughout the event was handled perfectly. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Event Manager Samantha Witkowski and Event Coordinator Estela Hidri. Their professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making our event a success were exceptional. They made the planning process easy and were there every step of the way. The beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, and incredible team made Hotel ZaZa the perfect setting for our company celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hotel ZaZa for any corporate or special event! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
