Hotel ZaZa Austin

We had an absolutely fantastic experience hosting our company event at Hotel ZaZa! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the evening seamless, polished, and truly memorable. A special thank you to Banquet Chef Lucas Thompson for the incredible food, Matt for outstanding A/V support, and Banquet Captains Alex Khamharn and Jackson Onweiler for making sure every detail throughout the event was handled perfectly. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Event Manager Samantha Witkowski and Event Coordinator Estela Hidri. Their professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making our event a success were exceptional. They made the planning process easy and were there every step of the way. The beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, and incredible team made Hotel ZaZa the perfect setting for our company celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hotel ZaZa for any corporate or special event! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let’s just start with how amazing the check-in process and the care the front desk went above and beyond to explain where all of the amenities were.. Joshua was a rockstar. The room was ready but we wanted to check out the bar.. Jaylee was so kind, backed up by such a kind and engaging Demetrius that steered us in the right direction for our evening events that were loosely planed. Lance, our driver was beyond stellar.. prompt, kind and engaging.. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a seamlessly amazing stay. I understand the inter workings of hotels and for it to be so smooth is rare..for anyone I may have missed, please take this as a nod to how great the property is

On one of the most significant days of our lives, our daughters wedding, my wife and I hoped we had picked a venue who's performance was equal to our expectations. I can unequivocally say that the Hotel Zaza not only met our expectations, but exceeded it at every turn. From the moment we first started searching venues until we got in an Uber at 2A on the wedding night, the hotel and staff made the experience comfortable and easy. The food was great, the bar was equal to the food, the staff was attentive and never far away, and the anticipation that was shown to every need that popped up was smooth and effecient. A special shout out to Jackson who was the lead for the night. He was amazing. I am so pleased that the hotel gave our daughter, and now son in law, the night hey hoped for and deserved. I cannot thank everyone enough for their efforts.

My wife and I recently got married. We had our reception at Hotel Zaza. We had the best weekend at the hotel. Samantha Brennan, Jackson, and the rest of hotel staff were extremely helpful in planning, preparation, and execution. The service was phenomenal. The food was top notch. All of our guests were very impressed with the space. We finished the night with a pool party after the reception and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding.

We had a great experience from the front desk (Vanessa), guest services to the entire staff, they were all very courteous and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!
