Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa

The second I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made my entire experience a memorable one from check-in until my departure. The staff in the lounge bar Jim bobs were absolutely amazing. Allan, Michael, Spencer, Andrew, and Ramsey was absolutely amaxing and made the best margaritas. They were all incredibly friendly and made sure that I was enjoying every minute. As a woman traveling alone, they went above and beyond to create a safe space and make sure I knew to let them know should I need anything at all. They were very attentive and greeted every guest with a smile. They real make you feel like family. The patio in the bar area has a great view. There is bartenders at Jim bobs made my trip incredibly memorable and were by far my favorite part of my stay. The room service staff were incredibly accommodating and very pleasant. They have some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. There are plenty of options for pools depending on your mood. There is an adults only pool and multiple family pools. All have wonderful poolside staff that make sure you have what you want and need. This was my second time staying here (first time by myself) and cannot wait to come back. The resort has everything you could possibly need. From the moment I checked in, to when I left 4 days later, I did not get my car or leave the property once. 10/10 would recommend and would repeat!

I really enjoyed my stay at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa! From arrival to departure, everything was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The resort itself is beautiful, and I appreciated the overall level of service. My only real disappointment was that the room felt a bit dated, especially compared to the overall feel of the property, and I was expecting a walk-in shower rather than a tub/shower combination. With a few room updates, I think the experience would be even better. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return!

Their customer engagement was outstanding. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I was completely satisfied. It is rare to come across employees who combine professionalism with such genuine kindness and concern for their customers. Drea and Anthony are truly an asset to your company and deserve to be recognized for the excellent job they do. They made my experience so much better, and I am very grateful for the care and attention they showed me. Thank you, Drea and Anthony, for going above and beyond! Ive been to many hotels, but this Omni stands out as the perfect destination. The hotel and Spa were clean and a great place for a girls day!

We arrived late at night after a long day of driving and meetings, completely exhausted, and from the moment we pulled up, the Omni Barton Springs team made us feel welcomed and cared for. The valet team greeted us with genuine smiles and was quick to assist, making the arrival experience seamless and comfortable. Check-in was just as effortless and efficient, with such a warm and personal touch. Given the late hour and limited options nearby, the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The F&B team was equally exceptional, having a beautiful breakfast set up and ready for our meeting the following morning. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. Overall, our experience was an 11/10. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail from every team member we encountered. Thank you to the entire Omni Barton Springs team for making us feel so welcomed and truly at home. We look forward to returning!

Had a completely wonderful experience at Omni Barton Creek. The staff is amazing, extremely welcoming and very helpful. They really made the stay extra special! Every location we ate at was delicious. And because I was there for an event, experienced the buffet which far surpassed other buffets I have encountered! And the banquet staff was also amazing! The hotel is in a beautiful location and really enjoyed the atmosphere!
