Weekend celebration!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 20 hours ago

This was our second year coming to the property. We booked it for our birthdays and Anniversary weekend celebration. They left a nice treat for us both times along with a card. We enjoyed the spa the first time I went there was a bit of confusion on spa pass but that was cleared up with management and the second time we just added it to our pre-booking and no issues then. I like going to the spa since it has its own pool and was very quite. The other pool is great as well with plenty of staff to help you with your refreshments. The staff was always so helpful and friendly. This year we enjoyed the concert at the lawn. Which helped us make new friends. They had a bit going on that weekend which helped since it rained a few hours of the day. All restaurants were had great menu options. My favorite is the breakfast buffet. Of course Bob's steakhouse was also very delicious! Over all a great weekend celebration for us and do plan to go back again.

Golfers delight

We stayed here for a week. You can’t go wrong here. With 4 golf courses, 7 restaurants, 5 pools, and excellent service, you just can’t go wrong. Walking trails. Putt putt golf, and well, the list just goes on and on. Absolutely beautiful grounds and rooms. We will definitely be back. Great job here Omni.

Omni that has all

Omni is first class - this is one step beyond. Great hotel with fantastic views near beautiful golf courses. The room and backside view was great. Workout room was first class. Staff was extremely friendly. We used the Hill County Pavilion and it was great for a medium size group. Most definitely will return for a personal getaway.

Not worth the price

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

There are many beautiful areas of the hotel and the check-in staff was very nice and helpful. However, the room itself was very expensive despite the room looking as if it was a hotel room at the Hilton Hotel. The room's AC barely worked and the TV remote did not work. There are two plug-ins in the whole hotel room. It was far overpriced and not worth the money overall. The bar staff were very rude and disrespectful to us. It was overall just an expensive average experience.

They gave my other colleagues 3 free drinks coupon on the pretext that they are INSIDER member when they in fact are not

Worse hotel to stay. They consistently discriminate their guest time and time again --- last year and now again this year. No ownership to respond with closure to written complaint. Front desk pretends they are all good when we highlighted the issue to them.

Everyone at the Barton Creek Golf Resort in Austin, Texas, treated us like royalty. We ended up getting a suite on the top floor over looking the golf course. The suite was so large that it occupied almost half of the top floor. Included with the package was golf, massages and meals. Boy, did we get treated great!!!
