Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa

Fabulous facility….great room…..great restaurants and bars…..unbelievable golf courses! Best resort in the southwest…..definitely 5 star! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful grounds & golf course & we loved the view from our window. The November weather couldn’t have been better- breezy & temperate. This Omni is huge & bustling with ppl & families having fun, but in no way felt crowded. Great facilities. Our premium room was clean, comfortable, had everything needed & was overall fine, but was not anything special. But the common areas to relax, read, socialize with friends & family were spectacular. Service was top notch everywhere & everyone was kind & went out of their way to be helpful. We really enjoyed the food at the benefit event we attended & the cocktail party preceding it on an oval golf green outside the glass building was a perfect outdoor venue. Fantastic lighting & set up! Breakfast was delicious at the hotel, both a la carte & buffet. Cocktails were special, appetizers fabulous in both lounges (best sliders ever!) & Blind Salamander oysters were good, though the mignonette was too sweet. Our only disappointment was dinner at the Blind Salamander. Service was very slow, the food was not hot when delivered, steak was overcooked/skate wings lacked acid/pasta w duck not delicious, & the flavors were not spot on despite commanding a premium price. We were so hungry when it finally arrived we ate most of it though. We will return & try out the spa, too, probably with our adult children & their little ones. This would be a great multi generational family trip for all.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Austin. The location is great and the atmosphere is fantastic. The views of the golf course in the morning and evenings is breath taking. You see deer walking in the morning on the golf course and it's so peaceful. Best way to start and end a day is on the patio at the back of the hotel. Fire pits at night help bring the ambiance that invites you to sit and enjoy a cocktail or walk around enjoying the views. The hotel is fantastic and one that we frequent often.

Such a beautiful hotel. The best spa I’ve been to. And the service was top notch! Highly recommend! Our host Nathaniel G was so helpful, took very good care of us. Will be coming back!

Don't stay anywhere else. The Omni Barton Creek has everything you need. The food is delicious, the spa is incredible, and the staff is top notch!
