We had an amazing time, and will be back. From the second we checked in we felt so welcome and taken care of. Our room was perfectly set up, with everything we needed, and I worked a day and it was so easy. Getting turn down service genuinely made our trip. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, shoutout to Harry especially, he was so helpful and made our weekend trip feel like a luxury getaway. 10 stars!!

This Hyatt is a spectacular property- great downtown location, styled beautifully, excellent customer service, clean clean clean, and well stocked. Happy hour drinks were delish, breakfast in the diner was ample, and the coffee in their coffeeshop was spot on. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Thompson Austin

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Austin while celebrating my fiancé’s 55th birthday with the best of friends! The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, luxurious, and upscale without being pretentious. The staff was incredibly attentive and made the celebration feel extra special! The suites were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless! It’s the perfect getaway to enjoy a resort style pool, great food and drinks, and take advantage of the perfect downtown location. Everything about the experience was relaxing, fun, and memorable! Another thing that truly stood out was how accommodating the hotel was to our friends Frenchie. The team thoughtfully set up their suite “puppy style,” which was an extra special welcoming touch that made “Bobo” feel right at home. We had an issue with our room and requested a manager to address Jasmine helped us and I want to recognize her for outstanding hospitality and resolving our issue. Aside from her professionalism and attentiveness, what really stood out is our the enjoyable conversation we shared. It made the experience feel warm, personal, and welcoming. Her kindness truly made our stay better, emotionally.
