Engaged experiences
The people who work at a hoitel make the experience cool. They are eager to help resolve , friendly, good at their jobs and project an air of friendluness that is as close to authentix c as you can get. I wish there were a little more variety in the hotel restaurants .....but it seems Austin is more a place to be out and about in a fun world of engaged experiences. So....

Fun, Hip, Luxury Hotel in Austin
The Thompson in Austin was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the valet and bellman promptly greeted us and assisted with our bags. The front desk staff, room service, and restaurant team were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every need was anticipated before we even had to ask. Our room was spotless and offered a fantastic view of downtown. We also loved relaxing with margaritas at Arriba, where the guacamole was absolutely delicious.

Thompson Austin – A Stay Worth Repeating
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Thompson Austin. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I was there on business, and the hotel’s catering for our event was fantastic. The only minor issue was that I could occasionally hear guests in the room above me dropping things and talking loudly enough that it sounded like they were in my room. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay there again.
