Great time at the Thompson Austin!
We came in for the football game and I am glad we stayed at the Thompson. They definitely value their Hyatt members and both my brother and I were upgraded to nicer rooms (the rooms were already really nice). Great hotel, beautiful rooms and location. Pool experience is fantastic and the food is absolutely great!

Not a nice Thompson’s staff
The hotel staff was so not interesting in the guests needs and didn’t not give directions to any of us when we ask for the location of places

AWESOME SERVICE
Huge shoutout to John Mendez for an awesome valet experience. He was polite, quick, and super helpful exactly what you hope for when handing over your keys. John made everything easy and left a great impression with his positive attitude. I appreciate the care he showed and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Great atmosphere, service and cleanliness. Michael and Ellie in the coffee shop went above and beyond my expectations and Marquis was one of the hardest working valet drivers I have ever seen. Very pleased with my stay!
