Horribly overpriced. They charged me $24 for using one of their glasses! Rediculous. Would absolutely never stay there again. Definitely not worth the $400/ night and $60/day for valet parking.

We usually would have stayed at the Four Seasons but we have stayed in W Hotels from London, Barcelona to Santiago de Chile, so we thought ‘let’s give it a try!’. Week booked a Suite and checked in on line the day before and announced our arrival as 3pm which is the check-in time. The Valet was friendly and got our car/bags taken care of. In the end we arrived at 4.30pm. They were understaffed at the front desk and when it was our turn (Bonvoy) the young lady in front of us announced that our room was not ready and she had no idea when it would be ready in a tone of ‘and I don’t give a F…!’, adding that the hotel was very busy. She asked us to wait. I asked her to give us another room so she gave us a Premium River View King or whatever they call it! We couldn’t even open our suitcases it was so small. So we decided not to do the bar, or dine in or anything else and when we complained our words fell on deaf ears! Amazingly when we checked out we did not received the typical email requesting the evaluation of our stay in a survey. We felt completely let down by the hotel and I must say in the past year we have had 3 disappointing experiences at Bonvoy group hotels, so it’ll be more Hyatt Regency’s snd Four Seasons I think.
